Horrible! First, they didn’t come the day ordered, although asked if could come following morning. I said yes, but needed to be here to get it to morning appointment in time. NOT!! Then, the idiot technician sent was loud, rude, and didn’t know what the heck he was doing! And says he couldn’t do it, and he will get them to send someone else. I told him no you won’t! I’ll get another company that they’ve wasted my time enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Car towing

I only have good things to say about Browder's. They aren't like those bigger companies like triple A- who will leave you in the dust and put you on hold for hours. The folks at Browder's were fast to respond, honest, and kind people who will treat you like family.The tow truck driver was professional and kind and even recommended places to eat in the area. Once we arrived at the repair shop, the waiting area and bathrooms were clean and comfy. I was so thankful for the coffee and TV , it really made a bad situation better.In the end, I had to get my alternator replaced and when I had to wait 2 hours for a friend to pick me up for the night, (since I broke down far away from home), they stayed open late just to make sure I got home safe. The car parts got in quickly and everything they did was for a great price. I trust these people with any family member or friend. I'd advise the general public to stay clear of this business. They ripped me off of $500 today 08/20/2021. When my driver called them to pull my truck out of a ditch, they said it would cost $500. Once they were done pulling the truck out and while the truck was still attached to their tow truck, they threatened to drive off to their yard unless we paid $1000 (which was never the initial agreement). I tried negotiating to $700 but the other guy who came to join him said either we pay $1000 or they drive off to the yard with my truck. They were very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Just wanted to say how professional the staff is. We had to take my car there to have the front & back wheel bearings replaced, something regarding the drive shaft (I can’t remember exactly) and get it inspected. All within a 2 week timeframe. Even though we didn’t expect all these issues they made sure everything was fixed properly.We have also used them for towing several times in the past. The operators are very professional when it comes to transporting your vehicle.I highly recommend this company for any of your vehicle needs!

Browder's Towing was great. They really helped us out in an emergency. Dustin the driver was courteous, friendly, and respectful. He really went the extra mile (literally) to get us and our car back home four hours away! I would highly recommend Browder's Towing to anyone in need of a towing service.
