I will say KAR towing is completely in the right to tow illegally parked cars. However there is no reason to be blatantly rude and on top of that extremely unprofessional I hope I never have to come into contact with this business ever again

The office staff Beth the "supervisor" is rude and Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this towing company. Its a shame that most of the student housing uses this company. Their contract should be pulled!
