Address:2014 Spring Rd, Gainesville, GA (Zipcode: 30504)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI waited a month while paying eight hundred a week for a rental. Mr. Crain says he will call you back but never does. He gives you a time to wait for his call but he does not call you. He has no voice mail and puts you on hold until the phone disconnects. He said he knew a man who could repair my car. Instead of just giving me the man's shop number or address which he says the man has his own shop, he wastes my time with endless calls and emails to go to the man via him. He cost me tons of money and time. He left me on hold yesterday for ten minutes until I finally hung up. Family friend or not, when you value your business you do notdoto customers what was done to us.

Address:3601 Cartersville Hwy SE, Rome, GA (Zipcode: 30161)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:30 am to 05:30 pmStatus:OpenAs a small business owner, I have had several years experience with Martin's Auto Parts. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and interchanges of parts. I would and have recommended them to many of my customers. They are the first call i make when looking for working parts when new parts are not an option even though we are almost 4 hours away. Their pricing goes along with the quality of the parts they sell. Good Faithful Folks I Trust. God Bless Tony and his Staff.

Address:60 Telfair Pl, Savannah, GA (Zipcode: 31408)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI've been to LKQ Savannah two times recently and the first time I went it was extremely busy and right around lunch time. I did not know what to expect upon arrival, so here's what you can expect if you visit LKQ Savannah on a busy day or around lunch time. They sell parts to the public and auto shops / garages and quite a few people (Even mechanics) go order or pick up their parts in person. You have the option of paying over the phone so that your parts are ready when you get there but you still may have to wait in line. On my first visit there were about seven or eight people waiting on parts and the guy in front of me told me he had been waiting for over an hour, luckily I didn't have to wait that long. I'm guessing it was because I got there after all of the counter sales people came back from lunch, so I only had to wait about 30 minutes. I prepaid for my parts so I just needed to get a refund for my core and pick up my parts. That day I was picking up an AC compressor for my 2011 ram and it cost me less than a third of what a new OEM compressor would cost. They gave me the details of the vehicle that it came off of before I purchased it so that I would know how old it was and how many miles it had on it. The compressor was in really good shape and was the exact same part number as the one that came with my truck. It also came with a 1-year warranty which was a huge surprise at that price. It took about 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I was leaving with my compressor which I thought was pretty good judging by how busy they were. The second time I went it was about 30 minutes before closing, which is 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and there were two people in front of me. This time I was there to pick up an alternator for my RAM and I had not prepaid and I was in and out with in 25 minutes and just like the first time, the salesman that I spoke to on the phone gave me all the details of the vehicle it came off of and he told me who I would need to see when I got there. That part didn't really matter because there was only one counter sales person but my point is they are very detail oriented, friendly, and they work really hard to get you in and out as quickly as they can. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm from a generation that went to the salvage yard and pulled the parts ourselves. We would have to bring our own tools, search for the right vehicle in a maze of old cars that were missing most of their parts, remove the part we needed , sometimes while working in the mud if it had recently rained, and hope like hell that we had all the tools we needed with us, and then if it was an electrical or AC part we'd wonder if it was even a working part! So having the parts pulled and ready to go before I get there, and knowing how old and how many miles are on the parts, and some type of warranty is a huge plus in my book! The best part about all of that is the original parts that came with your vehicle were made much better and last a lot longer than the aftermarket replacement parts that you get from the parts stores, and if you go buy the original part from a part store or an online source and especially the dealership, you're going to pay way more than you would if you bought one that is used and probably only a couple of years old. The original alternator on my truck lasted 13 years. I replaced it with an identical one that is 3 years old and has about 42,000 mi on it, so it could last another 10 years. I'm pretty sure that aftermarket or remanufactured or rebuilt alternator will not last that long. I know my review is longer than any mechanically inclined person needs, but there's some people out there that just don't know these things and I wanted to make sure I provided as much information as I could for those people. LKQ Savannah is a great place to buy used auto parts and they have great employees and great management.

Address:740 Dallas Hwy SW, Cartersville, GA (Zipcode: 30120)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:OpenWhen they say they pay "top dollar" on scrap, they aren't joking. I don't have a lot of scrap left over every week from building my metal art, so when I get a decent load gathered up, I call around to several places each time. And consistently for the past few months that I've taken scrap, Taylor's has paid more per than any of the other places. The guys in the scale office center are nicer than you'd expect too, considering the amount of people they have to deal with on a daily basis. And it's always cleaner than any other scrap yard I've seen. Never picked up one nail driving in their yard.

Address:2430 S Dixie Hwy, Dalton, GA (Zipcode: 30720)Phone:Open hours:Open from 09:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:OpenGotta love roaming a junk yard. Gotta love being able to go search for the part or parts you need by yourself. I absolutely love going to this place. The prices are extremely reasonable. The only thing I hate is after a day of hunting for parts and finding what you need walking up the hill back to the office. That hill is a fat man killer. And whatever you do, don't smoke and take that hill. But yeah, enjoy yourself.
I had my car picked up the same day after calling and came in person to pick up my check a couple days later and it was such a smooth process, the two people I encountered in the office were super personable and friendly. I was nervous selling my car but they made the process so easy. :)
