Address:2014 Spring Rd, Gainesville, GA (Zipcode: 30504)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedI need a transmission rebuilt in my truck. Stacy said 3800 and we'll rebuild it. Paid the man and he kept the truck for 2 weeks. When I got it back is was still doing the same thing. Called him up and he said bring it back. Took it back and he kept it for 8 days saying he couldn't find anything wrong... picked it back up and still the problem persisted. When I called him back he advised the only thing it could it could be is the tcm inside the transmission and it would be another 750 so I paid him and left it. A week later. He kept it another week. 1 month total at the shop. Paid stacy 4550 and spent 2k total on a rental. Now he's "worked" on it he's and I spent 6500 just to get my truck back the same way. That man is full of $4!+ and lies spew from his mouth. I ended up having to pay another shop to rebuild my transmission. Now the truck drives and runs great. Stacy Crain is an incompetent con artist. Actually I guess he's an accomplished con artist cause he got me for 4500 but he's definitely an incompetent mechanic. If you do business with this fool you deserve to get taken. The bad reviews are legit, the good ones are likely people he paid or friends and family

They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and interchanges of parts. I would and have recommended them to many of my customers. They are the first call i make when looking for working parts when new parts are not an option even though we are almost 4 hours away. Their pricing goes along with the quality of the parts they sell. Good Faithful Folks I Trust. God Bless Tony and his Staff.

Address:60 Telfair Pl, Savannah, GA (Zipcode: 31408)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:30 am to 11:12 pmStatus:OpenCame here for a motor last year with no problems. A couple delays on delivery but that wasn’t a problem. My husband and I came here yesterday for some hood hinges and was helped by Elizabeth (beautiful spirit by the way). Out of no where Nancy with the short ginger hair came to ask her something. Well Elizabeth must not have done something right and Nancy WENT OFF. Belittling her right infront of us, raising her voice, Even slammed our money that we gave to her in her hand on the counter. Just totally disorderly. I could not believe my eyes or what I was hearing. Elizabeth handled the situation so gracefully I really applaud her. You should never treat a co worker like that especially in front of customers. What we witnessed was just nasty and my heart dropped for her in that moment. Please teach your workers common decency and how to act in front of customers.
Without question, he beat the other price. His guy showed up with patience. We got both vehicles running here at my house and loaded within an hour. I appreciate the prompt service.

Old school salvage yard! 1. They are open Wednesday-Saturday these days- always good to call first. 2. Don’t be in a hurry or pushy- you will be sent on your way. 3. They don’t have everything, but they know what’s out there in the yard.

Address:740 Dallas Hwy SW, Cartersville, GA (Zipcode: 30120)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedWhen they say they pay "top dollar" on scrap, they aren't joking. I don't have a lot of scrap left over every week from building my metal art, so when I get a decent load gathered up, I call around to several places each time. And consistently for the past few months that I've taken scrap, Taylor's has paid more per than any of the other places. The guys in the scale office center are nicer than you'd expect too, considering the amount of people they have to deal with on a daily basis. And it's always cleaner than any other scrap yard I've seen. Never picked up one nail driving in their yard.
Can you find the parts I was looking for however I forgot the guy's name he gave me some great ideas about transmission coolers. Also when I forgot some of my personal items inside he actually walked out to the car and brought them to me which is awesome.
It was my first time going to the junkyard in a long time. Wish I was informed on more details About how things worked at LKQ. Was not pleased at all Honestly, you’re better off going to ((Cash an Carry-Pull your part)). They told me everything I needed to know and! allowed my 8 year old daughter to sit in the check out room while I got the parts that I needed.

Address:473 Hwy, Stockbridge, GA (Zipcode: 30281)Phone:Open hours:Open from 09:00 am to 04:30 pmStatus:ClosedConvenient car salvage yard with tons of late model vehicles. $3 entry fee then your parts on top of that. Prices are a little high IMO considering you have to hike down and do the work yourself. However they have wheelbarrows and golf cards for a fee. As far as what they pay for your junker, it ain't much.
