This is one of the most customer service oriented used auto parts store I have ever used. Mr. Martin himself is enormously helpful and knowledgeable of all the vehicles he sells parts for. I needed parts for my 1987 SAAB Turbo and found everything I needed on each and every visit.

do not shop at this place they'll give you one price on the phone and then want to charge you way more.plus want to separate the parts that come all as a unit. waste of time. Bad customer service and they will rip you off. The ignition coil moduler comes as a unit. 4 coils metal mounting bracket and wires. Who cares you have OEM on your part every thing there is USED. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.crazy as hell wanting to charge me 175 for a used part that only cost 189.99 new.

They have used parts for almost every vehicle, especially high-end autos like Mercedes and Lincoln. Also tires and batteries. Used, and for very good prices. Computer inventory, so you could call and check before you drive there. Nice folks!

Haves lot of used parts. Sometimes prices are a little high but they will usually work with me

I've been there many times over the last 5 years, and keep hoping they'll change. Every time they are lazy, unmotivated to sell, and generally just disinterested in dealing with the general public. I try to avoid them at all cost unless I'm in a time crunch. They want to charge 2-3 times any other salvage, and add core charges for used items that cost just as much as part stores for warrantied pieces. A total ripoff no matter how you look at them.
