This is the only salvage yard we will use. I've had them take multiple cars in the past, and they gave me a great price each time. I recently bought a part online from them, and they had the best price for it compared to local competitors. They've always been friendly to talk to. The guy who picked up our vehicle today was very professional and kind. I highly recommend these guys. They're great people and offer great prices.

These guys a liars, scanners and thieves. Rudy have anger problems and is the worst sales guy u can meet. Told me one price over the phone then started increasing it when i got there. Javier does nothing to make things better. They Called me and said they have the parts ready. When I got there, they are now about to remove door handles from the old car. One handle took an hour to remove and I need all of them. Could wait any longer so they said they will get it close by my location. Next day, broken parts were in the bag and these thieves admit to it but never processed my refund. Please save yourself the headache by shopping elsewhere!!

We called 2 different salvage yards and nobody had a tow for today. Everybody said 3 days minimum and I was on the side of the road and lived 45 minutes away. I couldn't wait 3 days! I needed it gone ASAP! I called this First Choice place and the guy said 15 minutes. He showed up in about 10 - 15 minutes, was very polite, and had cash in hand. After a quick title signing and VIN check, he paid us and that was it. The whole process took about 3 minutes. Way faster than the time we spent on the phone with their competitors to be told that there wasn't any availability for days. I can't say enough how great their service is! Absolutely Amazing! 5 Stars!

Great staff. She really knows her stuff. She knows where all her cars are and pretty much what's left of it. So you can walk straight to the cars instead walking all over the place. Good prices and they honor their parts. Great little home town junkyard.

Everytime i went here when it was owned by mills was a bad experience, it was always an argument with the counter people. I stopped going here because of that. Now they were bought out by oem, figured it might be better and gave them another chance. Ive had two experiences both bad. First is i drove all the way there because of a part they had in stock, got there and it was "i think it was sent to another of our network yards" so thats cool. Time wasted. Now the second incident, i called at 1pm on a friday and asked about a piece of glass whether it could be pulled before the weekend, Amanda, told me possibly and i said i really needed it and if it was pulled in time i need to know ill come get it, or i will even pay for it over the phone and they can leave it outside. Noone called me, as she stated "she cant just prioritize one customer, she had a stack of orders to call this morning" (monday now). Theyre refusing to refund me my measly $20 deposit, claiming the part WAS pulled friday as she said "it was 5 or 10 minutes before we closed and theres no way you would have got here in time" (yea, she said that.) So noone was able to tell me, because apparently the girl who sits in ac at a computer all days job is harder than the guy pulling parts, because only one of them did their job. So now i gotta dispute the transaction with my bank. Nothing has changed since swapping ownership, this place still sucks. Lazy employees who dont or cant follow through with their customers, and like to argue and create conflict over $20.

Mumbling old man takes pictures of your parts and runs them through Google Lens to figure out what to charge you. Told him the vehicle it came off of and what the part was but did not matter because "He hasn't seen one like this before" and "He has been doing this for 10 years". Rang up a cooling fan relay as a miscellaneous item labeled "igniters" and put some arbitrary value on it based off what he saw non similar parts for sale for on Google. Charged me 4x the cost of what it should be rung up as and what I've paid for this same part before at LKQ then tried to justify it by saying how the part he searched on Google was showing to be $100 and told me how great of a deal I was getting. Avoid this location.

The process was very easy & my car was picked up within days. Would definitely recommend & contact again when needed!

I can't say enough about this company! We got ourselves into a real pickle with our Ford F350 and 36 foot 5th Wheel. We had just gotten back from vacation and We have to do a lot of maneuvering to get it parked on our property. Part of this includes pulling up in the front yard of our neighbor's house so we have enough turning radius when we back up. Got it stuck bad! There was also a big tree in the way. I sent them pictures of our predicament and they said they would have someone there in an hour. Two of the nicest guys showed up and it was a job but they did not give up until they got us pulled out. It took every trick in the book but they did it! Highly recommend! Wonderful family owned business!

The place looks really disorganized, but it is a parts store after all. Staff was quick to help me, and got me the part I needed ASAP. I also give them special points for being particularly careful, even including the screws and foam from the part car that my part needed (most shops wouldn’t). P.S. They also have a sweet little cat to keep you company while you wait!

John and Co are good honest hardworking guys! They always make sure i get the most out of what i sell to them.

I was greeted at the gate promptly, and the yard crew worked fast to unload my truck in a safe professional manner. The sweet gal working behind the desk paid me a fair price for my scrap and even blessed me with a bottle of water. Couldn't ask for a better place of business to support.

Yesterday 4/08/2025 I went in there almost panicking because I needed a Rim for my Chrysler 300 from all the pot holes in the town from recent storms, cheapest price I could find was around 200 jus too resurface the rim but the Older Guy At The Counter got the rim straightened out and it’s fine!!! I even offered him a tip and he gave me instructions and if it didn’t work he would Put it towards getting me another rim… AND TO ME THAT WAS AWESOME BECAUSE HE WAS WILLING TO HELP ME OUT AND I APPRECIATE HIM AND HIS GUYS HE HAD WITH HIM!!! Thank you sir!!

this place is horrible with outstanding bad customer service. 10/10 wpuld not recommend this place to anyone i know. it’s filthy and not at all what it is made up to be. do better.
