I drove over 2 hours to get a front bumper assembly. I called and placed the order, put down a deposit, and they called me the next day and said it was ready for pickup. When I got there, I immediately could see that the dumper was not only completely stripped down but also destroyed. It looked like it had been drug around the parts yard or across gravel, and the guy that removed the bumper used a saw and cut off the mounting tabs, making the whole thing worthless. They could have told me it was damaged and saved me the trip, but instead, they had me drive all the way there and then offered me 50% off since it was trash. If you're not local to this place, ask for photos after the part is removed or before shipping. They gave me the deposit back, but I wasted $45 in gas and half my day.

Have only scrapped vehicles at Mills, both times got far less than I felt they were worth but such is life. Only time I wanted to buy a part was when my 2013 F-150 fx4 needed a new drive shaft, found out that no one within 500 miles had the specific shaft I needed so I had Fort Wayne clutch make me one
