I sold them my 16-year-old car. They took the car from my home on July 26. They said they could not leave the check in the mailbox unless I was home, and that they had to mail it to the address on the title. I still have not gotten the check and it’s August 12. I have checked both addresses! Absolutely ridiculous! The check was never mailed! They now claim that the check has been sitting on their desk “waiting for me to pick it up”. They said one thing and did another and took a car that they didn’t pay for. The car was worth a lot more than what I sold it to them for. The engine ran fine. Deceptive shipping prices and then on top of that only ship to the address on your drivers license... if you're afraid of chargebacks just use zelle cashapp or even crypto outdated yard entirely, the reviews are fitting

I had to salvage a totaled car, it was at a tow yard so time was of the essence. Out of five salvage yards they offered the most and was able to arrange pick up within a couple of hours. hopefully Ill never need those services again but if I do, they will be the first call.

I’m a trucker and I picked up there last week. Quickly loaded (within an hour or so), and they were nice and helpful. Street is a little busy and the dock is a little tight, but not bad or impossible.

The best customer service around, I've never seen a salvage yard filled with so many late model cars. Definitely one of the better yards in the area. Prices are on point and overall a great experience.

Staff was very helpful on the phone and took a part out from behind the dash on a car to verify was same part number I needed. They did this with no promise I would buy it if it was the wrong part number. Lucky it was and went and bought the part. Friendly staff and a quick in and out time. I will be contacting them for my future used parts needs.

It was like 3 days before Xmas when my cars front right break caliper was falling off because a bracket bolt fell out and using another car within the last hours after having no luck at auto zone oreilys and fastnal, I ripped there so fast and was lucky to pull a bolt off a VW in the yard. When I went to pay feeling blessed to find this bolt lol they said merry Xmas and refused to take my money. Literally thank God for brookside auto parts
