Bought a engine for 2006 International 4300 dt466 went out with in 48 hours they telling me not cover labor dont have another engine to send me giving me a hard time in get money back for back for engine sent engine back with tracking number saying cant give refund

The company I work for bought a motor from them turned out the motor was bad and we were going to have it rebuilt found out it was a different motive decided to return it for a refund because the motor is not fully assembled they refuse to give the company a full refund even though they got their motor back that's not right

I found a jd 4045t for my chipper. It was repainted with thu (true hours unknown). The price was very reasonable so I took the chance. As we swapped parts over from the old one, every nut and bolt was still shiny under the paint. My mechanic told me this motor has very little hours on it.To find a motor in such good shape would have cost me double what I paid. Rydemore has great staff as Juan gave me a tour of the facility. These guys saved me thousands of dollars and has a 120 day warrantee on a used engine. Thanks guys! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and experience at rydemore truck parts.

Fast, helpful, and very informative. Great customer service. They were able to get us exactly what we needed and had the paperwork emailed to us immediately.

Careful - They are looking to make a quick buck, and nothing more.Their sales staff are all smiles and friendly until they have your money. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. After that the customer service is over. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THEIR 15% RESTOCKING FEE UP FRONT.They have an impressive inventory and a huge and well organized warehouse, but dealing with customer service like this just isn't worth it.Also, Kristofer Lebel who left a 5 star review 10 months ago is one of their sales people. So... that review is fake.Same goes for Ángel Rodríguez, he works "logistics". Just google search their names and you will see they are employees. This company is full of BS.
