Staff was very helpful on the phone and took a part out from behind the dash on a car to verify was same part number I needed. They did this with no promise I would buy it if it was the wrong part number. Lucky it was and went and bought the part. Friendly staff and a quick in and out time. I will be contacting them for my future used parts needs.

They Sold me a bad motor that needed the timing done. Said I had a warranty but didn’t and costumer service is horrible! Called me a liar and was arguing with me. When I said I wanted my money back they told me that they would charge me a 20% restocking fee.They robbed me for my money. I will never do Business with them ever again. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

Called for a part on Friday morning at 08:40AM. Very polite. Said he'd check the car and call back. Didn't, so I called at 10:30AM. Man said Jeff was out back with a list and he'd call back. Didn't so I called at 2:00PM. Said Jeff would be back in at 2:30. Called at 2:30 PM and spoke to Jeff only to find that the part was "no good". Next place has the part, but won't have it 'til Tuesday because of the long weekend. Bottom line? If you're looking for polite, but incredibly bad service, call here.
