First time at Miechiels. It had a pretty good selection of vehicles. I found what I needed and the price was very reasonable. They also quoted me for other parts I might get later, and they were reasonable too. I will go back.

Didn't tell me until everything was done that they couldn't pay me in cash, only by check that had to be mailed, even though I called them and asked if I either be able to get paid. I needed gas money, only reason I brought in my copper. Drove 7 miles from my work, wasting that gas. Attitude was pretty much go somewhere else and not my problem. Won't be coming here again. They were nice as they had to be. They did have a sign about that, but only saw it after I was done being weighed and checked out. They should have that sign posted by the scale.

Everytime I go here they are fantastic, I live over an hour away but I keep coming back because the service here is the best around, bought an engine for a great price and they were super helpful every step of the way, from finding the engine that fit to removing it for a very fair price to loading it in my trailer they always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible, they even keep inventory of cars so you can know what they have before you show up. my go to place for car parts.

I have needed a few different parts for my truck and of all the places around the Lansing area the people at Cats are by far, the absolute most friendliest and helpful people. They are so amazing and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, they will try to help you find it. As a female teaching myself to work on my own truck over the past few years and not knowing a whole lot about mechanics and even less about bodywork, Cats has been super helpful and patient with me. If I had the Option to give them 10 stars I would. Found the parts car I needed car had more than what I was looking for. I was unable to get the part I needed off without breaking it however, I was able to get a lot of other things such as a center console lockbox and Some pretty beefy headlight wraps for my push bar. The cashier was super friendly and was very interested in my car 10 out of 10 recommend for Price, service, and friendliness. $60 for everything. new the headlight wraps for my car cost $550 and that lockbox was $300.

Needed a tail light ASAP. Jr was able to help me about and get it for best price in town, all while getting it delivered within hours. Quality service, with even more quality prices!! Will be coming back for all my auto needs.

Been utilizing Welch Auto parts for the better part of 12 years now. They always have what I need when I need it. The owner is a great guy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are some of the best Ive found. Bring your tools and get to work guys and girls. Welch reminds me of the auto salvage yards of my youth when i could spend an entirecweekend scrounging parts to build whatever project I was working on at the time. Funny story. I called today for a spare tire for trunk and a once over look at my car I was polite and clear with what I wanted The Woman who I asummmed smoke 10 packs of non filter cigarettes this morning asked what kind of car. I don’t k ow why that matters but politely I told her. And was met with a rude no and then clock in my ear. Now this isnt what I do. Snitch. But I fear it’s a nationwide issues. Lord save us all. As a carpenter I've been going here for the better part of 20 years, in the past year it's really gone down hill. Today the heavy set woman at the gate insisted that my three quarters of a yard was in fact a full yard, and became belligerent when I protested. They're convinced that a 5' bed holds a yard and a half.... like yeah, maybe if it's water or something. I've attached photos so you can see it's like 60% the length of my bed, not to the top, and with massive voids that will get annihilated by the dude in the giant front end loader. Lately they just seem to try to screw you as much as possible.

HORRIBLE!!! I would never recommend this place for anything. The woman on the phone had a horrible attitude when I called to see if they had a part in stock. The woman told me that they had the part. I drove a hour and twenty minutes to buy the part. When I arrived, I was informed that the only accepted cash. I went to a local bank to get cash and came back to buy the part just to be told that they didn't have the part and never had the part. This was a complete waste of two hours and forty minutes of my time, because a receptionist wanted to have an attitude and be lazy and not actually check to make sure that they had the part.
