Hi. Just received my driver side sun visor for my 2003 dodge durango. The box that it was shipped in was dry. The visor was neatly wrapped with black plastic and cushioned with brown packing paper. The odd thing is that the visor was very wet when I finally unwrapped it. Doesn't seem to be damaged but stinks like my old hunting dog after a day in the lake. I cannot think of why this item was wet when I unwrapped it. As I said above, the package was completely dry with no water stains or other signs of the shipper getting it wet. For 80 bucks, I should have received a dry product.

Was trying to call to get a part. I was hung up on three times before even being able to speak. We needed it ASAP so I understood if we couldn’t get it from them in time. Once I got was able to talk to someone, I got hung up on once again and then my fiancé called back and got cut off multiple times, attitude, and wasn’t even able to explain what we were trying to get and when we needed it by a certain time . I understand everyone had bad days but it was very unprofessional.
