Great service! I called them at 0845 and the tow arrived by 1015. I told him which car it was over the phone and by the time i came downstairs, the car was hooked up. We exchanged key/title/money and that was it! All of 60 seconds. Highly recommend.

Lack of professionalism to communicate with clients, according to the one who attended me, said that he was the owner. I asked him for a mirror and it was broken, I told him to change it and he said no and that they did not return the money... bad service... it's the first time I bought there, besides that its parts are expensive...

Service could not be better. Even with short notice, their response has been exceptional. Very fair prices, too. I've dealt with this company before it was Crown, for more years than I can remember, foreign and domestic models. They've kept my cars running long beyond their expiration dates. When they finally died, this was their final resting place. Thanks for the years of help.

Called in advance to see if they had a part I saw online & they did. They ask you to make a deposit on the part just so that they can hold it for you & already have it out for you by the time you get there. I drove an hour away from Trenton to get the part since no other junkyard around me had one in stock / pristine condition. Luigi was great help & friendly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They towed my car then I had to wait until Monday to get it back which is respectable; I understand that. My car was there for two days, they stole items out of my car, my debit card, my two credit cards and my bestfriend debit card. They destroyed my car and want to say someone must’ve stolen it. No. No one stole it but the people who towed the car. I have transactions on my bank statement from every store they went to. They think they can do whatever because they work for the police but there are more ways to scam a cat. I do not respect anyone who works there. I’m surprised they didn’t steal my school laptop, but maybe because I would’ve been able to track them. This is absolutely non sense. & the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. Do not call them ever!

Our airbag sensor wouldn't go off and the only fix was to change out the seat. Mitsubishi wanted 800.00 for the seat & 500.00 to install. We looked everywhere and couldn't find one. My husband found Lentini in NJ (We live upstate NY). Chris got back to us right away and we had the seat within days. My husband installed it and the airbag sensor is working again and the light is off. Lentini's certified used parts is ours and families go to. Thank you Chris you're an asset to your position.
