Bought a used transmission from Bobs Auto Salvage — it was defective right away. They first promised a replacement, then backed out and only offered a partial refund (just the part, not labor or towing). I also lost money because they referred me to an inexperienced shop. Very unprofessional — be careful before doing business here.

I’ve been dealing with junkyards for over 20 years. This has to be the worst junkyard ever dealt with sold me a bad transmission and they don’t want to take it back. I picked it up on 11/25/2025 I called 12/26/2025 right after Christmas
