This dealer is a disrespectful place I went in to by a car and told them I had so much to put down cash over half to price of car I kelly blue booked the car and they wanted 10'000 the kbbwas 4,800 she got a very rude attitude when i said something about there over pricing cars

I was on my way home when my spacer cracked causing my rim to rub my break caliper, thank god it happened in front of Bobby’s, they were able to get me a rim with a tire that looked brand new and held air, and even let me borrow a Jack to get the truck off the ground to get the wheel on! Nice people and good prices, I will definitely be back!

They have great customer service and great staff that can get you just about any part you need or can refer you to some where that has them close by.

Me and my husband had to drive over 2 hours to this store to assist my daughter due to the manager insisting that what we were saying in regards to her car was untrue. Her car alarm wouldn’t go off once the manager changed the battery. The manager also somehow broke the battery cable that went to the battery but he did repair it. My husband and I kept saying what needed to be done to cut off the alarm since we didn’t have a key fob. The manager kept insisting to us on the phone that we was wrong, so we had to stop what we was doing and drive over 2 hrs to Tuscaloosa. Once we arrived the staff seemed to disappear from inside of the store once they saw me and my husband arrive. My husband fixed the car alarm in less than 5 minutes, maybe less than that. Once they saw on camera we were about to leave, they all seemed to reappear. I went inside to let them know that the situation was handled and they did not appear to care and showed no interest. The manager pretended like he did not even know what I was talking about. So, in my opinion please watch these people whenever they install anything on your vehicle. They know nothing about cars and care less about you and your vehicle. So this was a big lesson for my daughter today. Watch these people, video it if you are inclined to do so. They will deny any and everything because they are not licensed mechanics.

I called and they had a part I had been trying to find so I drive up there to get it and when I got there he tried to charge me for the price of a brand new one saying that if he had auctioned it he would have to pay 400 in auction fees. What auction fees I was buying it directly from him. He wasn’t even willing to haggle either when I offered a fair price either I offered 100 and he shot it down luckily found one eBay for 125 and free shipping so check every where else people

Do not use this company. They are a total scam and do not honor their warranty. I have been trying for 8 months to get a motor installed in my truck that is covered under their warranty i and they will not cooperate. Totally give you a runaround every time you contact them

I can say that they are honest about their parts. They will tell you the actual miles of the parts you are buying. You can also purchase extended warranty’s on major used parts which is nice because it can include labor too. This helps on repair cost down the road. They do their best to make sure you get a good part upfront.

This BIaTch hung up in my face because she do not want to get her lazy behind and go look for the parts that I was asking about. The attitude that she used to answer any question would tell you that she's not even trying to check. Horrible people to have in people's business
