I love this place. I’ve gone to others but in my experience this is one of the best ones. They tell you where the cars are at that you’re looking for. Also, these guys will actually give you a refund if there is a need to bring the part back that is defective or doesn’t fit. The majority of the other car dismantlers only give you store credit which is a big hassle because if you buy something that’s expensive you’re stuck with that credit that you may not use for a very long time. The store credit is recorded on the receipt they gave you Well, what happens if you lose that receipt, they keep the money. The last thing that I bought here so far was an upgraded car stereo for my Dodge caravan. I did not know that it needed a security key for security. but the dealership helped me with that for free and now I got myself a really nice working radio. So keep in mind with this tip if you’re gonna get some kind of electronic that has maybe a security feature make sure you take a picture of the vehicle there and a picture of the vin number.

Owner is a wonderful human being. He helps his customers with respect and provides an excellent customer service. His employees are very helpful, quick and kind too. They treat ladies with great respect, so although you're surrounded by guys looking for car parts, you won't feel uncomfortable. You don't need to drive to LA or far away bc you'll find plenty of car parts here, or they will help you find it. I'll be back to get another of my car part soon. Mr Victor is the wizard! He knows it all! He confirmed my 292 engine when I thought I had a 250 🤦🏽. He also had my truck running smoothly after adjusting the carburetor. Can’t forget about Sunny! Tried to return a part that wasn't working. But their manager treat you like a criminal saying that you switch out the part when clearly the part was marked.

*Overpriced/Rip off* Called to sell a 05 complete Honda Civic Ex then a 07 Chrysler Town and County Touring, complete both running was told $150 each. One rear light assembly I bought new from them for the Chrysler, I paid $80 to them for it. A example of how insulting that $150 was to me. How can they advertise top dollar for your vehicle while they insult your intelligence with lower then low ball offers not near any aspect or range of a decent offer or a somewhat normal offer. Call around and get prices before you call them to make sure your not being extremely cheated.🙏✌️

Lenny at Santa Clara Wreckers never disappoints. They are priced right and know their products and guarantee their products as well. They are honest about the quality of the used items purchased and has been great to to our company because we have old trucks. Great service, from the last 3 times we've used them. Just don't be a jerk when you call, be polite, they deal with a lot of unrealistic people looking for stuff that may or may not be available, but if you ask politely they might tell you where to find what you need.

Jim was very nice and didn't push for a sale on any vehicle. He actually let us look around by ourselves (which I love) and then came out to check in every so often and answer any questions we had. He seemed to be honest, and I have heard nothing but good things from this place. Just bought my car yesterday and so far I can't complain!!
