Jim was very nice and didn't push for a sale on any vehicle. He actually let us look around by ourselves (which I love) and then came out to check in every so often and answer any questions we had. He seemed to be honest, and I have heard nothing but good things from this place. Just bought my car yesterday and so far I can't complain!!

I had a very good experience here. Outstanding, in fact. Customer service was top notch. No pressure whatsoever. The lobby was clean and comfortable.I requested pictures of the undercarriage of the truck and they were happy to do so. Literally within minutes I had many detailed pictures of axles, transmission, engine, suspension etc. They even texted me a few videos.I set an appointment, drove from 2 hours away, pulled into the lot and began inspecting the truck and they didn’t even send out a salesmen to bug me. They just waited patiently until I walked into the lobby. Truck was in very good condition, as advertised. Financing was super quick and easy. They even let me leave my car there overnight so I could come back the next day to pick it up. This is a good dealership. Very happy I found them! And I love my new truck! I plan on doing business again with them soon as I’m going to need a newer daily driver car as well. I strongly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a used vehicle at a fair price. If you’re looking for a bargain on a piece of junk, shop elsewhere. I give this team an A+

really good Service until you get there, going to buy a dream truck of mine and saved all my money for it at 16yr and i saw it sold right in front of me drove 3hours to see it get sold by Two Gentleman, Lady didn’t even call or text to let me know somebody was going to test drive it, and kept saying it was not going to go through for the people who were going to buy it and said That we’re going to be able to get it cause these Two gentleman are not going to be able to go through to purchase this vehicle and lied to my face. And “Terra” Said First come First serve, when She knew we had an appointment coming 3hours away I wouldn’t ever buy a vehicle from this dealer ship in my life. Worst experience of my life.

I purchased a jeep from them back in February. They were good, down to earth guys. Patrick was our salesman and when my wife and I went to look at the jeep, we had our dog with us. He had no issue with her jumping in with us while we test drove it. Even after the sale was made he reached out to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

I bought my first truck ever today! It was also the first vehicle I purchased by myself! I absolutely love this place. I have heard about their reputation for years and finally got to experience doing business with them. They have a wide variety of vehicles that are priced very well, better than I expected. I bought a car for my niece with Patrick Hennesey a few months back. He was the most helpful, kind, genuine sales professional I have ever experience. While I’m concerned for the safety of the precious cargo the vehicle is to transport around, he was too. He really wanted to make sure my niece and I bought something she wanted and was comfortable as well as priced well for her new responsibility. Great selection of vehicles and a friendly and knowledgeable staff to insure your needs are met. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a used car or truck. If they don't have what you want they are likely to get it for you. Best used car lot in Northern California in my opinion.
