It was a pleasantly simple and great experience to sell my totaled Infiniti Q50 to Cash For Cars (Copart). Although there was a one-day delay on getting a dispatcher to pick up my vehicle from home, all was addressed in a professional manner. Spoke to the Vijay Temker (representative at cash for cars) beforehand and asked if I could get a Bill of Sales after the transaction. He said yes to just call back once they picked up the car. I did call back and was transferred to the tow yard. The lady there was utterly confused about what I was requesting. I texted back the rep and he ignored me twice. Clean and simple experience. My customer service rep was professional and responsive. The towing partner (Copart) didn't call before coming to pick up the car like they said they would. I had to reschedule them the first day and for the rescheduling they gave me a quote of arriving anytime between 8am-5pm. When the tower got there he was helpful in answering all questions and wrote the check on the spot as I handed him the title (before hooking my car up to the truck). Thank you.
