Very honest sales counter and very stand up company that has more then 1 location. Josh from kalmazoo is the person I've delt with several times and very smart about his job. And will always be my goto place .

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Have been to this place multiple times and every time we have visited there’s always been an issue! Todays trip caused them to lose a customer. Gentlemen with the ear muffs was very unprofessional, using slang terms, throwing items, and was complaining and degrading my husband the whole time we were dropping stuff off. They weigh items at the edge of the scale which I’m sure makes stuff off count, tons of workers standing around not helping, many items were not on our receipt so we got jipped, and was getting angry when we showed up 35 mins before close and left over an hour later. My husband was doing most of the work alone, yet we were getting hassled for “causing them to go home late”. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. 0/10

Great place so far I haven't had a single flat tire after leaving. Can't say that anywhere else. Staff friendly and helpful. They always are showing me how to prep and separate my metal to get a better price. Thank U

I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!

great people and great prices! called yesterday afternoon needing a fender and headlight and they was ready for pickup this morning! they even went out of their way to pick up a small part for a different car while i was there. will absolutely be back. side note, any company with a live in kitty gets 5 stars in my book

Fair price, quick pickup, cash on the spot. Hated to let my car go, but it needed more work than I could afford to put into it, and I needed to get it out of my driveway. Tow driver was extremely nice. Definitely would recommend.

This company is just out to grab as much money as they can. No professionalism, no transparency just shady practices all around. They don’t care about doing the right thing or treating people fairly; it’s all about padding their pockets. Hope to God this company never tows your car, because dealing with them is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

Went in after opening on my day off to see if they had a rear end for my classic nice lady pointed me in the right direction to where I could possibly find one and actually found 3 but one is a direct swap asked for prices when she double checked with the yard guys they said 150 if I pull it or 200 if they pull it. So after running to the bank and getting the money out I paid the agreed 200 and got a receipt and was told to come pick it up before closing because they where busy at the time loading trucks. Came back at 3:30 to pick up my purchased part just to be told that it wasn't pulled yet and that it's a special rear end and goes for over 500 bucks and that if I paid 300 instead of the agreed 200 I could have it. I asked for a refund the nice lady behind the counter apologized for the issue which it wasn't her fault she did her job and double checked pricing before hand. I won't be back I haul junk cars from time to time and alot of people have told me to start coming here with my cast rotors and junk cars. This isn't the first time part pricing has been changed on me when buying a part. Picture I'm posting is the receipt they made me with an employee signature. Pretty sad there is a parts yard less than 5 miles from my house and I can't trust them to be straight with me on pricing.

Never before in my life have I seen a sales team so happy and tickled with themselves to blatantly take advantage of a disabled person. I watched a man attempting to purchase a back window for his trailblazer EXT. They sold him a window for a trailblazer knowing it would not fit. Told him that he did not want the extended warranty because it came with a 30 day warranty and that it was a waste of money. They then refused to exchange the window for the correct one and forced the disabled gentleman to purchase the correct window while literally laughing in his face the entire time telling him "the police are in our pocket, there's nothing you can do, it's as is sales, so buy the new one or leave" while insulting his intelligence. This is blatant robbery, predatory sales practices and should be condemned by all patrons. There are plenty of options rather than to be ripped off by LKQ to support their employees drug habits.
