BUYER BEWARE!! They didn’t send the complete rear end that I ordered and paid over $5,000 for. Only sent an axle assembly….this stunt cost me an extra $1200 at my mechanic because he had to find the parts that were left out. Took my credit card number over the phone but called me back and said I had to wire transfer the money which seemed kind of shady as it doesn’t allow any fraud protection to the consumer. They promised me a small refund of $350 because it wasn’t a complete rear end…but haven’t seen that yet. Also, haven’t seen my $2,000 refund for the core fee either! It’s a sad day when you can’t trust a “family owned “ business that they claim to be.

I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!

this place is horrible with outstanding bad customer service. 10/10 wpuld not recommend this place to anyone i know. it’s filthy and not at all what it is made up to be. do better.

This company is just out to grab as much money as they can. No professionalism, no transparency just shady practices all around. They don’t care about doing the right thing or treating people fairly; it’s all about padding their pockets. Hope to God this company never tows your car, because dealing with them is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

The website and phone call is useless. 800 numbers to an automated system. If you want parts pricing, use option 3 then tells you to check the website for prices and hangs up. You cannot actually talk to anyone. The website does not have accurate pricing specific to the car, just overall generic parts lists. Doing a parts query just sends an email.... eventually I guess since I haven't got one. Why can't someone simply be able to call for a part price instead of having to drive to the individual yard just to ask?
