It says they close at 5pm on the sign at the door but I get there at 4:30 pm and they are closed! And the employees say they close at 5pm but then hurried and said 4:30 pm when they seen it was 4:33pm. So I don't know which one it is nor does the employees! I guess it's whenever they want to leave 😴😴😴

Good place to buy parts for your car, very economical, when the receptionist receives you, ask for the model of your car you are looking for and he or she will tell you the row and the area where it is, easy The receptionists are very friendly when assisting you, very good service

Staff was polite enough, but the prices are way too high. Was charged $45 dollars for a Honda window regulator that I could've bought new and slightly cheaper on Amazon. I'll save my self the time and effort next time and go somewhere else.

My wife and I were at Pull a Part Indianapolis today 9/27/24 We are from Cleveland and visit the Cleveland one quite often. I was taking 2 brake rotors off a van and ran into a problem with 3 star bolts, total of 6 which I didn't have the proper tool. A representative of Pull A Part named T-Bone saved the day, he displayed professional courtesy in looking at my problem offered his help to remove them, which he did and thanked us for being pull a part customers, T-Bone is a valuable asset to Pull apart, thanks again T-Bone otherwise I would have had to come back another day. There was An issue I got charged the wrong part but the lady upfront Hispanic lady was super helpful thank you for her , older lady with glasses she is super nice and helpful They charged 13.12 for a “fog light” it was a low beam for an older car technically just a bulb I personally think you pull and pay has the best prices Even with 50% off i personally feel its about the same I would have paid at you pull and save yard. The cars are limited selection, rocky yard , most cars are all missing the part you need, smaller.

Pull-A-Part Indianapolis does a great job. I’ve used them twice and each time the staff is over the top nice. They are as friendly of a bunch of people as I’ve seen anywhere. On top of that, they have a large inventory of cars, so it makes it more likely to find the part you’re looking for. The parts puller (should you want help) is names T-Bone. He is extremely willing to help, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the cars. When he pulls the parts for me, they are in great shape and not damaged, he knows what he’s doing. All-in all, I’d recommend the Pull-a-part Indy and their part pulling service. It was reasonably priced and worth it.
