The guy was rude while answering my questions. He said he would not take a picture of a part for me. Then when I tried to call back to ask another question, he wouldn't answer any of my calls.

Interstate Towing was the greatest. They were very attentive to our needs, They responded quickly to tow our commercial truck. They went above and beyond by telling us that we had more issues than we thought when they crawled underneath the rig to drop the drive-line. Being truly professional is all anyone wants while they’re broke down and waiting on the interstate. They have gained all of our business by being an ethical and have morals. Thanks y’all truly the best in our time of need.

I rarely do reviews but I was so relieved by the easiness of dealing with this company that I decided they deserved some good feedback. I had two Dodge Grand Caravans that were parked in the yard that I needed to sell before moving. I posted them on the internet and people were wasting my time asking a hundred questions then being no-shows. I contacted a couple junk car hauling companies but they were lowballing me after being put on hold forever. Then I called this company and a human immediately answered the phone and quoted me a reasonable price. They then sent a really nice guy named Junior. Junior was very personable and made the process so easy. He called both times on the way letting me know how far out he was. Wish I would of got with them first before dealing with the general public yahoos.

Friendly, fair prices and quick to pull the parts. I have used them several times with good results every time.

I do that thing where I look around and try to find the cheapest parts. And then I end up going to this ABC for whatever I’ve been looking for.They break it down into bite size pieces for me to understand. Of which I appreciate.Zach is pretty cool too.

Beware of Unethical Practices - Misled and Overcharged! I wish I could give this shop zero stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I took my car in for some repairs, providing my own parts to save on costs. Initially, they quoted me a price of $1,500, which I thought was reasonable. However, once I got the bill, I was shocked to find it totaled $2,500! It turns out they made unauthorized purchases and left out critical parts that I could have easily bought myself. When I confronted them, the mechanic and the owner flat out lied, claiming I had authorized these extra purchases. I never did! They seemed to have no regard for my input or permission regarding what they were doing to my car, treating me like I was just another number on their ledger. The receptionist was equally unhelpful and downright rude. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for them. I felt belittled and dismissed, and I can’t shake the feeling that they took advantage of me simply because I’m a woman. It’s infuriating and disheartening. If you’re considering this shop, I urge you to think twice. Make sure to get an itemized receipt of all the parts they claim to need for your vehicle, and be very cautious about what you authorize them to do. I’m now taking legal action because this has been a blatant violation of trust and ethics. Please, for your own sake, beware of this place! There are plenty of honest mechanics out there who won’t treat you like a wallet with legs. Save yourself the headache and the money!

I needed a new rear door for my Jetta and explored several salvage and pick-apart options around Austin. I went by on a Sunday morning and I bought two regulators and a taillight cover he had great prices. The owner was very courteous, respectful and was by far the best customer service. I will definitely go back, and I do recommend Ace Auto parts ask for Ted.

First the online price was $125 for a jeep ac compressor when arrived it became $150 for whatever bs reason. Then I had called and confirmed they had it and it was off the car they confirmed when we got there they had to look for it and didn't know what we are talking about. And then by a miracle they found it and it was broken.. they tried their best to rig it together to stick us with it but we had to walk away. Horrible

I just want to thank the wonderful folks at Pinemont Salvage for helping me get the parts i needed for my beloved Santa Claus Car. Kimberly and Gary were so helpful since i began The Search for Shocks...(Wasnt that a Star Trek movie?). Anyway, he found me a pair early on but then told me and showed me that one he got them off he could tell they were completely useless and showed it to me (like i would recognize if they were no good) and said he wouldnt want to sell these. They then sat there and made half a dozen calls for me and then gave me several other numbers for me to try. More importantly i heard how they did it when they called so i knew just want to say and in what order and when to wait for them to ask me questions making things streamlined and efficient. They also took my number and said they would call if something came up. Well I had done that with dozens of places so far but it was Gary and Kimberly that contacted me and he was quite excited about the quality and condition of the shocks he just pulled off a 91 Stanza. After a dozen of more false leads and disappointments i tried not to get my hopes but when i went to get them he was so visibly happy about getting me these I nearly hugged him which would have been so very awkward. They were the only folks to actually call me back. And they are just so nice and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for helping me get my santa car back on the road. Pinemont Auto Salvage .
