I filled out their form on the website to get an appraisal and heard back from Richard the next day. He offered a great price (for reference, my car was over a decade old and wasn't even running anymore) and within an hour, one of his men (Ryan!) was at my apartment complex to pay me and tow my old car away.Both Ryan and Richard were extremely friendly, and their service was quick and painless. I'd also like to mention for any women reading this review, they were not condescending or rude whatsoever when speaking to me, which is sometimes hard to come by in any sort of car industry! Overall, I'm very happy, and I highly recommend them.

I rarely do reviews but I was so relieved by the easiness of dealing with this company that I decided they deserved some good feedback. I had two Dodge Grand Caravans that were parked in the yard that I needed to sell before moving. I posted them on the internet and people were wasting my time asking a hundred questions then being no-shows. I contacted a couple junk car hauling companies but they were lowballing me after being put on hold forever. Then I called this company and a human immediately answered the phone and quoted me a reasonable price. They then sent a really nice guy named Junior. Junior was very personable and made the process so easy. He called both times on the way letting me know how far out he was. Wish I would of got with them first before dealing with the general public yahoos.

Richard was very professional and incredibly nice. I had a unique situation that he was very open to. My car had a few issues upon inspection and still honored his original quote. His driver was originally going to be late to our appointment so Richard came out and picked the car up himself! Highly recommend Richard and his company.

I called all the salvage yards in the area. Richard gave me a fair deal right away. I live in Houston and was in a tight spot, but he did not take advantage and was professional and accommodating the entire way. He made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the transaction. He stood out from the other businesses from the start. I am so grateful for him and his business!

This company spams the for sale by owner section of Craigslist with their ads offering to "buy any car truck or suv in any condition". Not what the site is for, and it just makes it tedious for anyone looking to buy a car by reading genuine listings. I've been flagging them daily.EDIT: Despite the response from the business claiming that they have stopped doing this, 2 days later, I'm still seeing their spam. Obviously a classic case of a business seeking to appear as if they are responsive to problems in light of bad reviews, but actually just lying and not actually doing anything about it.

Very quick, very accommodating, and very kind service. Had an excellent experience all-around. Junior, especially, was super nice and very communicative -- keeping in touch to let me know when he'd be arriving to pick up the car. These folks made the process as painless as possible and it's much appreciated!
