I rarely do reviews but I was so relieved by the easiness of dealing with this company that I decided they deserved some good feedback. I had two Dodge Grand Caravans that were parked in the yard that I needed to sell before moving. I posted them on the internet and people were wasting my time asking a hundred questions then being no-shows. I contacted a couple junk car hauling companies but they were lowballing me after being put on hold forever. Then I called this company and a human immediately answered the phone and quoted me a reasonable price. They then sent a really nice guy named Junior. Junior was very personable and made the process so easy. He called both times on the way letting me know how far out he was. Wish I would of got with them first before dealing with the general public yahoos.

I filled out their form on the website to get an appraisal and heard back from Richard the next day. He offered a great price (for reference, my car was over a decade old and wasn't even running anymore) and within an hour, one of his men (Ryan!) was at my apartment complex to pay me and tow my old car away. Both Ryan and Richard were extremely friendly, and their service was quick and painless. I'd also like to mention for any women reading this review, they were not condescending or rude whatsoever when speaking to me, which is sometimes hard to come by in any sort of car industry! Overall, I'm very happy, and I highly recommend them.

Best experience selling a junk car. Both the driver and contact at the shop were completely straight forward, polite, and professional, and they stuck to the schedule and agreement. They're a great choice if you want to get a good price and a pleasant, hassle-free experience.
