These guys are running a great shop together. Honest about the parts on and off the phone. I looked all over for a turn signal module, nobody had it or they were too busy to look. Called back 20 minutes later and I was on the road! I felt like a kid in a candy storethere! Thanks again fella's!! I will be back!!

This was a great experience. On the pick-up day, the driver called and said he was in the area and asked if he could come early. He said if that didn't work, he'd do other things before the scheduled time. When he arrived, he was very friendly and quickly took care of the car. He was $10 short on the agreed upon price and was apologetic about it. He said he'd send a check for the balance. I didn't expect to get the check but was willing to take what he had just to get rid of the car. A few days later, the check came in the mail. Again, this was a great experience. Thank you.

Can confirm with other reviews, will sell parts out from under you. Had called up asking for a part I was told that was there and available I would get a call back. Had not heard anything so i had given a call back was told we never had that conversation and sold that part yesterday. Had also been told on different occasion they were not able to sell me a part as the vehicle was to far In the yard.

First time here, super great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the guy in the yard even switched out my hoods for me and took my old hood. Saved me money and the stress! 10/10 will def come back here when needed.

The prices are alright but they left my car a disgusting mess just look at the pictures. Why on earth is there a foot print on the arm rest of the door? No effort to clean it.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. I thought I’d need a new hub cap and came here. The owner came out and looked at my hub cap and said it looked like it was fine. He was right. I own a starter & alternator rebuilding business and our entire scrap bin is literally ONLY disassembled starters & alternators. They refused to pay starter/alt pricing. Will sell to out of state core buyers next time; they are happy to pay appropriate prices for this type of scrap.

Boy do I have the review for this terrible business. This people are the worst I have ever dealt with. The only reason this place is in business is due to the fact they are the only ones that offer the service they do. I will go into detail how they provided the worst possible experience. Lets start with the fact that they lowballed the offer stated and tried saying my vehicle did not have a catalytic converter when I had pictures showing otherwise. Next, it was confirmed with them that the title was signed and I could not be present for pickup (due to me being a college student two hours away and them not picking up on weekends), that payment for my vehicle would be left with the shop owner of the place my vehicle was at. S.A. decided since they did not want my vehicle that they were simply not going to pick it up and when called by Cars4Cash switched up and stated that I had to sign a receipt by them. These guys are the epitome of low class.

Very professional, clean shop, had my drive line repaired on time at a reasonable price.

I’d like to give a shout out to Bob. I called about a rim replacement, but I was informed the shop was going to close shortly. The next morning I arrived at 8 am, given I had too have the tire shop put the tire on and be to work by 930. He left notes at the front desk and the rim ready for pick up. Also, he did some research and lowered the price of the rim for me just to be fair. The front desk lady was very pleasant as well. Also, it was the cleanest savage shop I’d ever been too. If you are in need of some automotive parts, I recommend you start here. Thank you Ace, you guys made my morning a breeze.
