Nice people to work with. It took a couple calls to get the pick up date/time worked out. Pick-up-up Driver was spot on with the pick-up time and instructions I left with the scheduler. Driver was also very professional, super nice and helped grab a couple things off the car I was unable to free myself. Highly recommend using them.

Don't use this company for salvage. They paid $100 less than promised, because my car had an aftermarket catalytic converter, when it said nothing about original or replacement parts on their online form. They'll promise you a quote online and give you a different price in person.

Boy do I have the review for this terrible business. This people are the worst I have ever dealt with. The only reason this place is in business is due to the fact they are the only ones that offer the service they do. I will go into detail how they provided the worst possible experience. Lets start with the fact that they lowballed the offer stated and tried saying my vehicle did not have a catalytic converter when I had pictures showing otherwise. Next, it was confirmed with them that the title was signed and I could not be present for pickup (due to me being a college student two hours away and them not picking up on weekends), that payment for my vehicle would be left with the shop owner of the place my vehicle was at. S.A. decided since they did not want my vehicle that they were simply not going to pick it up and when called by Cars4Cash switched up and stated that I had to sign a receipt by them. These guys are the epitome of low class.
