Really long wait were big trucks unload. They have to be more organized. After I weight in we were there waiting to get unloaded for 2 hours!

Good price! Fast Shipping! However, I bought a "complete" rear axle from them and it did not include the calipers. I have bought many axles from yards and they always included the calipers, even if they were shot. The loaded calipers will cost me 150% of the price of the axle! They stated that they don't include the calipers because they don't warranty them... That's a first for me.

Terrible customer service and communication, called at 11:47 and they said as long as we make it before 1 o’clock when they close that they could still pull our fenders that we needed. Got there at 12:50 and called and they said that they can’t pull them now. Made us spend $20 on tolls and drove an hour away to be turned down. Bull shit.

Not even one star! Asshole said he would call me right back with an eta when the tow would be there, after I waited in the cold for an hour. Never showed up and ghosted my calls. Now I have to pay an extra $300. I could have had another company come and get it. How do you do that to someone. Horrible horrible horrible!

The yard is very muddy. It's Good for Roll-off and Dump-trucks to Drive in. Not Recommended for walking in unless you wear protective Gear and Boots.

One of their semi drivers nearly ran me off the road. Dual turn lane intersection, him in the inside turn lane, me in the outside turn lane—he proceeded to turn into my turn lane mid turn, causing me to head into the shoulder briefly before I sped up to get around him, and then he had the audacity to flash his brights at me repeatedly, as if I had somehow done something wrong. I think the driver needs more training in proper lane usage, before someone gets hurt.

Went here with thhn copper wire had 12 and 10 and some 3/0. We unload the wire on the scales and they start carrying my wire off. after about five minutes of standing they told me they had my money in the office. Went in the office and they gave me 54 dollar for 183 pound of copper wire that’s 30 cent a pound. I ask for my wire back they told me they already through it in with the rest of there and they can’t give it back please read the reviews before going or ask the price and don’t make the mistake I did.

is it weird to rate a scrap yard? Doesn't matter, gotta give credit where it's due. I've never scrapped before, went here and everything was clearly explained and the people in the office were nice and helpful. The fella out in the yard telling me where to park was super nice, friendly and beyond helpful. Excellent experience.
