I found this company on eBay and reached out to them about a backseat listing. I was kind of worried about it because I’m in south Texas and the seat i needed is large but I sent them my info anyways and Laura called me. She explained that shipping the item is not a problem and discussed my seat issues. I decided to order straight from them and skip eBay. These people are trustworthy and extremely helpful! I’m clueless when it comes to cars but Laura helped me every step of the way. She sent me pictures and quoted me a VERY affordable price. I received the seats a few days later (packaged perfectly) and was very impressed! These seats were in great condition! I will absolutely buy from them again!!! Thank you so much!!!

Found a listing on ebay for a part I needed. Turns out they were in the area so I called them up and arranged things for an in-person transaction rather than dealing with ebay and shipping. Great customer service and kind people.

They did a great job for us. We are in Wisconsin and ordered the transmission, verified the correct mileage via carfax, and it was shipping and crated professionally.

Worst customer service ever. I couldn't find a part for my car anywhere. I begged the guy to sell it. The guy refused to sell me the bracket because it was to much work to take another picture. I decided to buy the whole part anyways. He did not want to sell whole the part to me or any one that can buy it for me.
