I'll give 3 stars for the simple fact that they USUALLY have the parts I need , notice the emphasis on usually. However, getting the employees there to do their job seems to be a problem at least from what I can tell. I've seen the manager or owner or whatever he is , tell his guys ' I need you to go down and get this or that part "and they look at him with a blank stare and then continue on with their conversation as if he hasn't even said anything to them. so as far as that goes, I would fire every one of them and start with an entire new crew. Pay raises night be required but it would be worth it if they actually did their job.

Me and my boyfriend are regulars out here. The last time we were in an employee by the name of Scott Cole told me he had a car at home I was looking for. That evening he sent me a message Asking me "was that your boyfriend with you today" I said yes I was like that strange question to ask someone you are trying to sell a car to. He proceeds to tell me that him and his girlfriend who also works here are "Open minded" At this point, I'm just in shock. I'm wondering in my mind how many woman has he used that on to get to message them.Men think they can just do and say what they want to women.This is not only inappropriate but unethical. I Proceeded to ignore him for days hoping he would go away as you can see he dont. This has made me feel so uncomfortable I havent been back but if I do it will be with somebody cause,I feel uncomfortable at the thought of just going there much less there alone. This incident has left me feeling down and depressed. Haressment is very serious thing and can really drag you down. I hope something is done soon no one else deserves to be treated like this. I didn't deserve the stress and depression I've had to deal with from it.

Customers beware!! Leaking from rear stop light on the topper, they suck!!! Also around the tailgate where they butchered the topper. Such a poor installation. I’ve been looking at other trucks and I have the worst install anyone has seen yet. So I don’t recommend this place. I had issues from the beginning and they gave me carpet to replace the carpet they screwed up. And paint that they scratched. So repair on their poor work left up to the customer! Terrible service. Long wait time. Hard to deal with staff. I do not recommend this place at all! Hack job

Best salvage yard this side of Tennessee. If you call needing they are gonna have it. If it was to happen they didn't have it they will give you recommendations where to find it. Thanks mister Bowden.

Carried some copper the guy tries to tell me it's aluminum. So after that trip I wouldn't advise anyone to sell their copper to them but the "lot of scrap" side paid pretty well

Sold me a bad motor and transmission..had it shipped out of state.I lost all shipping money.plus wouldn't reimburse money for motor.they said I took it apart too far to diagnose.this motor was junk I even showed them pictures.stay far away from this junk yard because that's what they are selling..

I'm 66 years old and have always loved going to junkyard. Well, I mean, I used to. Greed is an amazing thing, it can change the landscape of anything. I've sold several vehicles over the last few years for junk that have wound up hear. The most I was ever paid for one was $300. These guys can over price the parts of those vehicles where when added up, equals more than the original blue book price of the vehicle. It just takes time and each vehicle they have is like money in the bank. Everything about this place is about deception. They hide all kind of fees and their on line prices are just to mislead and get you there. Great how they put all the environmental fees on customers. Core charges on things that are never or no longer rebuilt? Responses to reviews is only lip service. Do yourselves a favor, order parts online or buy new. You'll save time and money in the long run. Together, we can stop this kind of feeding frenzy on us by not buying from them.

Pack a lunch if you come on Saturday. Been waiting for a good while for them to come back from "15 min" break

The 2018 Acura ILX does not come with a spare and I wanted a full sized wheel that looked like the others. I checked locally and found nothing. I reached out to Richard and he helped me with the best customer service possible. Thank you from Florida. This was for my brother's car, as a Christmas present, and when I get mine and need a spare, I will be checking first here again.

Had an unfortunate situation and needed to junk my old car. Working with TAS was great, however. They were easy to reach and Sandy was great to work with. They offered a fair price for my car with a same day pickup. They suited my schedule too. The driver was efficient and polite. The pickup took less than 10 minutes. Don't wish anyone to need to junk their cars, but I'd highly recommend contacting TAS if you are in that situation.

Sometimes the wait time can be long even IF You set your appointments, however, when they get to you, they are quick, knowledgeable and efficient.
