Needed an alternator because mine was shot and was going on a road trip in two days. Ended up sending me the wrong one even though it was tagged correctly. (Not a huge deal. Accidents happen.) But the real problem happened when I went to return it and have them pick it up from the same place they dropped it off at. The driver(who wouldn’t tell me his name) called me and started going off on how he couldn’t find the parking lot and now it’s my fault he couldn’t access it. Was being extremely rude and aggressive for some reason and then told me that he refused to pick it up and was very passive aggressive about it. Even though the building was maybe 50-100 feet away from where he parked. Driver needs to be replaced immediately. I would not allow someone with this kind of attitude or behavior to work for me or represent my company.

Pull n Save is awesome for auto parts.... If you want to go out in the yard and get your parts yourself, then Pull n Save is the place to go ... I recently started working on my own car and I love it .... They are super nice and helpful too ... I brought my little tool box and went out into the yard ...found the parts I needed, paid and was ready to fix my car....it was a GREAT feeling.
