They found 13" rims for us and it wasn't until we went to get our rubber mounted on them at a different place that we find out they gave us 14" rims. We had to buy new rubber and be out that money for the 13" rubber we had just purchased on the Coast. Will never buy from them again.

Quick to find a part for me in their yard. Answered all my questions. Have yet to go get it but staff was helpful and friendly over the phone

Five stars to Mike at 100 Mile Auto. I was looking for an alternator that was hard to find around here and he was able to ship it. I had it quickly and my step daughter is back up and running. Thanks Mike!

Not impressed. Had these guys do a vehicle ispection and they managed not to see some critical problems that only became apearent after we took it to another inspection facility. They would not use the parts I could supply as they " couldn't guarantee the parts" even though they were new and coming from the same auto parts supplier. I think it was a case of them wanting to charge me full retail price and pay less than retail for the parts. Needless to say we won't be going back and certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. Beware.

These guys rock!!!Truck overheated on hot day in aug.No other shop could take us in. They diagnosed what was wrong that afternoon before closing, got parts in the next morning and had us on the rad by 1:30. Expert service very fair prices and nice nice people.

One of the only shops selling used batteries to be polite and personable on the phone with me. After calling all over from Kamloops to Williams Lake they held a used battery for me to pick up on my way north no problem, and sold it to me at a fair price. I will be reccomending this place to my friends and family in the car community.

Great custumer service, only shop in town that would squeeze standaded signal dad and young daughters in. Went out way to find parts, even if it was working with other local wreckers to get me fixed up. Even let us hook up power to holiday trailer overnight and while repairs happen in there yard. Problem solvers, and would give own shirt off back to help!

Beware!Broke down and they said they could get me fixed up only to be told at 1:00 on a Friday they couldn't do it leaving me stranded.Tried to gouge me on parts by 400 dollarsThey told me it would take 8hrs to do the job, took it somewhere else and they did it in 2.5 hrs.Rip off arrists, please beware.
