I received quality, personable, and professional service from 1st Choice and highly recommend making them your first choice if you’re looking for…Honesty: Brett was transparent in cost, I witnessed him making calls to various suppliers to provide best price available for my parts.Knowledge: Diagnosed my problem instantly from where I parked upon arrival and explained my situation clearly and what to expect.Speedy Service: My Jeep was ready as agreed and much faster than I expected given the degree of work involved.Above all else the customer service I received made me feel that not only were they concerned about my vehicle, but they cared about my whole experience by taking the time to provide directions to a campground nearby. Explaining to my father by telephone what costs and repairs were needed. They made an unfortunate situation tolerable and can’t thank them enough.

Very professional and accommodating. They were quick to book and around my schedule. I had a big experience at this place when I came in with my car. The general manager took time out of his day to even speak with me to make sure I’m taken care of and happy, even with a busy schedule.
