Bought a cylinder head for my Mazdaspeed 6 here and I was very happy with my experience, very quick work helpful over the phone and got it shipped to me realativly quick without issue. Holly was very helpful over the phone. Sent a EMT for the part, sent a EMT for the shipping and I saw it 3 days later, if I need parts and there not in edmonton again these guys will be my first call.

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. LEARN ABOUT RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICIES. IF YOU QUESTION THEM ABOUT RETURNING THE ITEM, THEY THREATEN TO CALL COPS ON YOU. SO BE AWARE. EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE. AND BUYING ANYTHING. I WISH THERE WAS LESS THAN ONE STAR RATING. 3.4 RATING IS WAY TO HIGH FOR THIS PLACE. SHOULD BE ZERO. I BOUGHT A SET OF FRONT LIGHTS FOR MY ACCORD. THEY GAVE ME WRONG PART. WHEN I WENT TO RETURN, THE GUY AND LADY LAUGHED AND SAID TO ME 'NICE TRY BUDDY WE ARE NOT TAKING IT BACK.' SO SAVE YOUR MONEY EVERYONE AND DO NOT GO THERE.

Ok so I bought a starter for a 6.4 diesel, got the part it was a 6.0 starter(much less capable) When I noticed I was already in BC so I bought a replacement, thinking no big deal I have the starter(not touched) and the receipt and the 90 day warranty. I'll just bring it back and we're good. No dice turns out the warranty is actually "after we take your money WE have 90 days or till you give up to get it right. We will never give back your money. So now I have a extra starter I dont need. The warranty means nothing, my advice is if you want warranty use rockauto or Amazon or pick n pull these places have warranties that matter. If warranty isn't important use ebay or the cheapest online place you can find cause you will get the same warranty as here but you won't pay as much. The replacement starter I got was a remanufactured rockauto for only 40 more than here so it's not real cheap either.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Very rude and unprofessional staff. The lady owner, or so she claims to be, is the rudest person on Earth. Stay away from this place, scammers and con-artists.

Scam artists! This auto wrecker told me the window switch was tested and worked,I pay for it and try it and it doesn’t!! Complete lying scam artists!!! Don’t make the the same mistake I did.

Extremely rude staff answering phones. In the 5 minute conversation I had with the lady, she couldn’t have been more unprofessional and unhelpful.

Rude staff , sold me the bad part and won’t take it back . Had to pay again for another part which still they won’t guarantee the part.I have a mechanic shop and I know how things work but he won’t even listen and kept arguing for no reason .Not a place I would recommend to anyone
