Needed a rear passenger door for my '10 Escape that has no rust and no dings, then a lady showed me pics from the offices in the computer. Liked it, but i also asked if I could see it in person, said not a problem. then a guy took me from the front to the back and showed me a couple of Escapes in the lot, and was able to find a door that matched my car colour as well as the interior with zero rust. Said I'll take it, then took me back to front, paid $250 for it, then 10-15 min later he brought the door to the front.

I bought an engine from these guys, paid 8k in CASH with a 3 year extended warranty. Long story short - The engine turned out to be bad - it lost compression on a cylinder so they went and found another one. During the engine swap process, I had the mechanic transfer over all the new parts I had bought for the first engine onto the second engine that A&L sourced.They did some extra work to ensure no other issues would be had. Well, this second engine was also a dud, ended up with a liner leak and was essentially garbage. Here comes the meat, the company ended up sending my spouse a "release" form, releasing them (the company) from the extended warranty which we had paid for. This was only 15months into the warranty/after the purchase.I was now left without a product I had paid for, no warranty and most importantly no running vehicle... Oh and I was out 8k...-Truth

I had called to schedule a pick up to scrap a vehicle. The person I spoke with said they would talk with the driver and call me back that day to schedule a time. I called back later that day to see if there was any news on that and nothing. No call back that day. Understandable. People are busy. I really needed this vehicle off of my apartment lot but figured I'd give them til atleast 2pm the next day before looking elsewhere. At that point, i didn't want anything for it. I just needed it gone asap. I opted to go with a different company, after still not hearing anything on day 2. They were here within a few hours. Day 3, I was called around 4pm to schedule a time for pick up. When I explained that I had got it picked up already, as well as a "Thank you for calling though, I appreciate it, have a gr-", the response was "Okay bye" and then she hungup. Good customer service, of course.As I previously said, I do absolutely understand that they can be busy. However, even a phone call to say that they were working on it or something would have been appreciated. I've worked in customer service for years and that is a great business practice, even for something small. Good interactions can always lead to further business and recommendations, etc. My overall problem is that it took approximately 3 full business days for a phone call, no updates, then get hungup on. They had been recommended to me and I was hopeful.

I purchased a inner wheel well guard for my BMW from Tim and he ended giving me the WRONG parts"wrong side" I didn't notice till 2 days later when i brought it to the shop... so just because i lost my receipt he wouldn't return my item nor giving me store credit even though their parts are marked with a green marker he still wouldn't help me. I recommend getting your parts online rather then from these scammers
