    The woman on the phone has been very rude.I've called a total of 3 times. First time my name and number was taken and was told I'd be given a call back when the driver returned. This did not happen.Next day I called again, same woman, again very rude; answers the phone and takes down name and number again. Says they'll be calling back in an hour. Two hours pass so I call again. The rude one answers and I asked to speak to someone else. She then practically yells at me that the driver will call when they're available. It's been two days. I'll be finding another service to help me. I suggest you do the same!

    So far, I'm preparing to go for the first time. On the phone the man I spoke with is respectful. He said they recycle tin and aluminum cans and anything that is solely made of metal. They do Not recycle glass or plastic currently.
