We cannot thank Jonathan with Mallory Towing and Recovery enough for his prompt, courteous, and professional service. We were stranded on the highway, and he communicated what he would do, and followed through quickly. He really put us at ease, which helped tremendously since we had a 4-month-old baby with us.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan! While I may have had to wait a bit longer than anticipated I am glad I did! Jonathan made it to me in what I consider record time once he was able to complete his tow before me. He was the most professional tow truck driver I have met in a while! And he actually had a conversation with me instead of driving in complete awkward silence. Thank you Mallory Towing for having such an amazingly professional driver! I sure hope shall I ever need another tow I am able to get Jonathan again!
