My wife and I were taking her 86-yr old Mother to Minnesota and we broke down pulling our camper in the middle of nowhere outside of Sneade, FL. The camper had a blowout and the Springleaf broke. We could not get cell reception and some nice people who were passing by let us use their phone. We could not find anyone that would tow us to have the camper fixed, the person letting us use their phone suggested we call Ray's Garage. We called and they came out in the middle of the rain and fixed out camper and then had us follow them into Marianna to get a new spare tire. I believe the man's name was Danny that came out and fixed it for us, he was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing. Had it not been for Ray's I don't know what would have happened. I would suggest anyone that needs help to call them, their pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again, Ray's Garage.

Just traveling through the area and heard a strange noise coming from our RV's wheel-well area. Pulled into a parking lot off of I-10 and called a local mobile RV repair. He told me to call Ray's. I called and then a drove a few miles to Ray's (I determined it was safe). They immediately looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution, but I would have to wait. While waiting, Ray came over and we chit-chated for a bit ---what a nice man!! After about 1 1/2- 2 hours after I arrived, my issue got handled by his mechanics - better then the factory had done originally. One hour labor and I'm back on the road. Could have waited much longer...could have not been fixed as well...could have paid more. A great place to go for truck, RV, or large rig needing repair!

Needed a diesel shop while on vacation and they were recommend. Coolant leak was 2 hose clamps and vibration was a tire in the rear(dually). Thy didn't know me and could have really hammered the price but they were honest. My new mechanic when I am in the area.

I took my van to Cobb's, not Cobb's 2, Cobb's to be clear. The van was driving fine and started squealing, after about 30 seconds the engine quit and we rolled it to the side of the road. I had it towed to Cobb's as they were recommended to me by friends. After 3 days of having to call them to see what is wrong with the van they finally checked it out and said it was the engine, it had "thrown a rod" or something but the belts looked good, the internal timing belt was good, it must be something in the engine. They recommended I send it across the Street "to Ray's" because they don't do engine work. They didn't charge me anything. I called Ray's, they went across the street and pushed it to their shop. Two days later they called me back, it was the engine for sure, I needed a new engine and it was going to be $3500. I said are you sure, they said yes, it's something inside the engine that's bad and they don't recommend building it and wouldn't even price the repair, my only option was to replace the engine, I owed them $35 for pushing it across the street. I sold the van as damaged to a repair man who took it home and called me back two days later asking what had it been doing when it quit? After going over the squealing, coasting to a stop and story of the repair shops he informed me that the water pump had locked up and messed up part of the serpentine belt. He replaced the water pump and the belt and it was driving fine, that's why he was confused. He drove it to me and let me take a look at it, thanked me for the van that he had purchased for $350 and fixed for $75. How did TWO different shops work hand in hand to tell me that I had to have a new engine in my van when it was fixed by a shade tree mechanic for $75? This is lazy, horrible work and absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will never send any business to Ray's again because of their part in this debacle. I feel that they didn't even look at the engine after trying to start it and they didn't take it apart, check compression (which it had) or do anything besides just tell me it needed an engine and then they pushed it into the ditch.

They seem to know what they're doing, but I can't say with certainty that they did everything I asked. I took our motorhome in for a pre-season check up, and gave them a list of things I especially wanted them to look at, but none of those things except the oil/filter change were on the invoice. I'll take the RV elsewhere for routine maintenance in the future.

Rays was very polite after my car crash. I was able to go to my car that same day and get all my stuff out if it. My thanks goes to Rays for being professional.

My 84 year old grandfather was stuck on the side of the interstate. They came with a wrecker picked him up and took him to the shop and then got him out well under two hours. With all problems resolved.

They did the work I asked them to do but when I went to get my vehicle there was a dent in the right fender by the hood so now my hood is not lined up and u can see under the hood when standing by the vehicle..The worse part is they lied about doing it and I'm 100 percent sure there was no dent in my car when it was took there...The first day I got it back the car didn't make it home and their wrecker came and towed it back to their shop so either the guy put the dent in it when he towed it or they did it the second time they worked on it..So disappointed...Will never go back there again...I had a bad feeling about using them wish I would have followed my gutt...
