Called looking for a part, website showed 6 interchangeable on their site. Guy who answered phone didn’t even look just said yeah nope we don’t have it before I finished what I was looking for. Said site showing six and he’s like yeah nope got none.

Never had a problem here at all been a customer now for years! Always has the part you are looking for abs if not they can find one for you!

I come here all the time, parts are too cheap. Recently bought a starter for my accord, was 220-250 around town, I got it here for 75$.

The guy way okay. It wasn't until we were in the middle of our transaction that my experience took a strange turn. He made a phone call, which I assumed was regarding the part I was returning. Nope. He was calling the Chinese place he ordered his lunch from to add a couple things to his order. As funny as I found this, it was terrible customer service.

Unfriendly front desk staff and horribly disorganized. Went in to get some parts that I ordered and wasn't even off the car yet. I'm also a gay man who works on my own cars and felt judged the minute I started interacting with these people. The manager seemed very indifferent to his staff and I feel bad for anyone who has to work here. It's a bottom line kind of business and they aren't afraid to make it obvious. To be noted: Definitely call ahead before picking up your order. All in all there are better places to do business than A1 and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer if you don't fit their vision of the ideal customer

Called looking for a part. The guy wasn’t helpful or friendly and never in my opinion took the time to look because the call only lasted a minute! If your looking for a part go to Amazon or down around the bay you’ll get better results than at A-1.

The b'ys don't seem very organised. If they give you a time they expect something will be ready for pickup, do yourself a favour and call ahead before you go to pick it up. It'll probably still be attached to a car.

Worst customer service ever. It feels like they do you a favor for letting you shop there. Nobody says hi, nobody says bye. Also when I was on the phone with them they hung up multiple times.Oh yes, and good luck with returns. Yes they do have lots of parts, but try some place else first.

a1 automotive limited sold me a computer for my cay .the numbers did not match up but he told me not to worry it should fit and work and if it did not work i could return and get my money back. the computer did not work on my car, i paid 259.90 but he only give me back 180.80 ,he said shipping was 20.00 so i was ripped off 59.10 ...........so much for no hassle return

Horrible service sent the passenger side seat belt to me in Labrador when I ordered the drivers side.. told me to send it back... then when I showed up at the counter I found out they never had the part I wanted and did NOTHING to help me find what I needed.. seems as sketchy as snake oil salesmen
