    OVER PRICED! I got one fender from Empire for 35$, this guy quoted me 100$ for ONE! He was very cheeky over the phone. Will never call again. No money for you.

    AVOID! I called to get a quote of $90 for both inner and outer tail lights. when I got there, they said it’s $90 is only for one tail lights and they can install that for $240. What a rip off!! The brand new tail light from Toyota is only $150 btw

    I connected with AA Atlas yesterday by phone to pick up a used part for my vehicle, and was told to come and pick it up today at 1:00 PM. I arrived at the shop by 2:00 PM, giving them plenty of time to have the part ready, to which I was told the part was not removed from the vehicle. I asked if it would have been ready for 1:00 PM and was told no - meaning they were completely unprepared and didn't give reliable information. Suggest staying away from this shop with a 10' pole if you're looking for someone that respects your time time and energy.

    Very poor customer service upon walking up to the entrance door, knocked on the door like the sign says, very obvious don't want me in there (I can certainly understand it's due to Covid19), which is fine, didn't want me to touch their parts, that's fine too, but the guy told me to move back when I want to take a closer look at the part WHILE I had my mask on properly WHILE his is UNDER his chin, his attitude just seemed rude with "take it or leave it" right from the begining.I would highly recommend AVOID dealing with this company for their terrible customer service, there are better ones nearby and more in lower mainland.Service: Part finding & extracting

    I owned a mechanic shop and always get parts from Atlas. People from there are freaking honest and dont waste your time. If they give you price for the parts you are looking for ,they will start with cheapest price. I dont even have to bargain a cent because i were already happy for the quote. Dave is my sale man and will always be our number one choice for car parts .

    The staff are extremely rude. Don’t even bother. I highly recommend not going here. Some people just need to grow up. Waist of time.
