Very customer oriented staff. This includes the owners. Prices are very reasonable. I was about to pick something up and told them I'm on the way. They had the part up front, labelled with my name and the price on it. Good inventory and one of the guys does minor work right on site. Great job guys!

Iam not happy at all with the service I got from this company, I have been taken advantage of in the amount of $1,165.00. Iam a disabled elderly women, who was seeking their help and expertise in fixing my 2008 Lincoln mkz. Well they just helped themselvesI paid $440 to have my car to stop squeeking, it still has the same squeek, I paid $340 to install used tires on my awd, I asked for all 4 same tires, as Iam aware that different tire treads on a awd, could damage the transmission and awd, well they put different tires on and the tread did not match. It took 2weeks of me calling and getting the run around to finally get all matching tires. I paid $200 to have a used cooling fan motor installed, I don't think it is working properly, I paid $175 to have a door replaced, as my old door had a bad rust spot bubbling through the paint and staining the rest of the paint, they had a door they said was an exact match and would save me getting an expensive paint job, well the door matches the interior exactly, it is black paint, but in the sunlight there is colored flecks in the paint, so now I still need an expensive paint job. I called and was respectful and said I was not happy, about the door and said what am I going to do now, I was told to get it painted and hung up on me.

Called and ordered it at 10 am. Came at noon, still not pulled, said they were busy. Watched them stand around and smoke for 30 mins before anyone went to go get my part. When I tried to return it, they called my mechanic a liar for sending me back to exchange. 2 men tried to throw me off the property after I showed them the difference between a good part and what they sold me. This forces me to give 1 star, they do not deserve it.

I found a dead adult domestic cat on the side of the road right in front of your business today. Who knows how long it had been there, how long it had suffered without you doing anything about it, and/or if it was one of your employees or customers who put it there. I notified two separate members of your staff, both of which just smiled and communicated that it "was not their problem." I called the humane society and immediately animal control was on their way. My wife was in tears at the sight of this poor animal. The lack of compassion, humanity, and decency at your place of business is a no-class move. A suffering or dead animal right in front of you. You're low.

What happened to the old guy that use to run this place? Nice people here. Had what I was looking for but had to really look for it amongst all the junk laying around everywhere. Be careful in here as well because it's not very safe with cars flipped over everywhere and stacks of cars falling over. Not your typical organized junkyard.

Great customer service they explained what my vechile needed as my SUV wasn't getting the proper power when I would exalerate..I ended up needing a single coil which they gave me a great price compared to what other company's wanted for the coil ..they went above and beyond and even took the 10 minutes to put the new coil in for me and I took my SUV for a drive I was very happy with their prices and they did not try to over price me or take advantage of me because I'm a female
