I backed into a ditch and called ace to tow it out. The rep on the phone said the tow will be there in 30 min or less. It was my daughters birthday and we were heading to her party. I couldn’t wait to go thru the towing that usaa provides for free as it usually takes over an hour. Jerry came in less then 10 min. He got my car out so quickly and even offered to take my car for a test drive after to make sure my tires were good! He was so helpful and I’ll use ace towing again if I ever need them!
