Great customer service!! Graham and Dave were very helpful with the purchase of my plow. It was ready on time and the instal was flawless. Thanks Yves! Further to that, there was an issue with the finance company and Graham took it upon himself to contact the company and sort out the glitch. He probably could have washed his hands of it if he wanted to. Customer oriented businesses are not that common these days. I was very satisfied with my experience, both at the sales counter and in the garage. I look forward to doing business with them in the future! Thanks guys!

While the store has great access to parts and often a good selection in stock, I find the counter staff to not know as much as they maybe should when selling suspension components as well as other components. So you should do your own research prior to purchasing from their store.An example of this is I asked about a certain leveling kit and how bad the cv axle/control arm stress would be from their experience. They replied "Leveling kits don't do that, they don't touch that stuff" well, I mean I'm no expert but I know enough by my own research through forums, even customer reviews on the very product pages for the ones they sell that they do effect the front end geometries. So they shouldn't be telling people to the contrary.I've also overheard them telling a female customer that a plow cannot be put on a Ram 2500.With that said they do have great prices for installs of products and things get transferred in very fast.

Went in today looking for a clamp for my tonneau cover. Although they had none in stock they took the time to look for one that was discontinued that might fit. Low and behold they found 2 that fit perfectly. Not too often anymore you get people going out of their way to help like this gentlemen did. The staff in this store were friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definately be back if I need anything.
