Ordered products online to be picked up in store and everything was ready to go when I arrived. I think it was the manager, but I didn't get a name, checked over everything make sure it was correct since I got multiple oil filters for 2 different vehicles that looked alike. He even helped me find some other stuff as well. Great customer service, I definitely recommend to anyone who needs parts!

The gentleman working the counter, Mike M.was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find what I was looking for and even replaced my windshield wipers in the pouring rain. Every time I’ve been to this store I have had a good experience!

I really only went to do a refund for my Bf who bought something he didn't need. But I do like looking around also, neat stuff for other purposes, bought me some mini reflectors for my 3 wheel bike. Staff very nice too!

My Mom and I were visiting Foley for lunch date with my son and his girlfriend. (I live 3 hours away) As we were headed home, my check engine light started flashing. I did not get the names of the 2 gentlemen who helped me yesterday afternoon, BUT... they went above and beyond. They were the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable people I have EVER encountered in an auto parts store! So much that I called the store this morning to make sure that the store manager knew the efforts of these individuals! Wish I knew their names...but, because of them, I made it home safe and sound!

Since when can u not return something If it doesn't fit even w a receipt....most especially when the employee talks u into getting said part for said price. Swore it would fit. I want a refund
