I am writing this review for a friend that recently bought a brand new defective part and was denied a refund? I've read a few other reviews and noticed that he was not the only one to have this exact same experience.if you don't give refunds then you need to tell your customers up front and be honest about it.i certainly won't ever buy from them again and I am going to spread the word about this.i am a local veteran auto mechanic here in Foley and I am going to spread the word about napa.i always wondered how Napa stayed in business and now I know.

The go to place for all my automotive parts. They have what you need when you need it. Beyond that, its locally owned and operated. Great service by people that really care.

It's what an auto parts store used to be 30 years ago, for better or worse. Small, not much selection in-store but they can get a lot ordered, if you're willing to wait. But with the internet at your fingertips, why bother?
