If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Currently we are near the end of our 36 month contract for a large container used for landscaping debris. Our contract stated that our costs would be as follows: $210 a month for large container haul charge plus $40 per ton for disposal charges. Rates have increased significantly and we are now at $255 for large container haul charge plus almost $60 per ton for disposal charges, the latest bill was almost $800 for one haul and return of the roll-off. Also, a minimum of $150 is charged on the months we do not request disposal, so regardless, they get their money!! They call it a "minimum lift fee"...huh? There was no lifting....Anyway, we also had a charge of $241.02 for a "service attempt" but they came a day earlier than we scheduled it and it was blocked by other vehicles; we disputed this charge and were given a credit, but still, most people just pay their bill without inspecting the charges and I found it very sneaky of them and was shocked that they billed us that much for the truck to come to our property and turn around and leave! All of the increases and extra charges were made under the radar with no notice in writing, no email or phone call to us, nothing... and we are STUCK in a contract with our hands tied...so sure, use Republic Services if you want to work with an untrustworthy company that attempts to nickel and dime you on just about every single invoice. I am well aware all of this is on the corporate level and not specifically toward the Foley location but this corporation will fleece you every chance they get so beware!Services: Yard debris removal, Construction debris removal

Moving to a new area where they do not offer service yet I have to pay a $30 pickup fine per can. So, I was offered the recycling can to “do my part” when we moved here and now I’m being punished for doing my part. You can recycle for free at target just fine people!! It’a a scam.

Delivery on time (Thursday), pickup on time (Monday), for a one-time job. Then got billed for 2 additional months rental of the roll-off dumpster for hundreds of dollars. They've been coming after me since November (6 months) and every time I talk to someone (5 supervisors now) they agree that I don't owe this and assured me it would be taken care of. Today I get a call from a COLLECTION AGENCY for the balance that I don't owe. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will overbill you, and ruin your credit !!!

I cancelled my service on December 9.On December 21 i received an email saying my next bill would hit my credit card on January 6. The full month bill.I called customer service on December 23.I was transferred to 3 different people.I will probably be billed for all of December which is not fair.The last customer service representative i spoke to copped an attitude with me.Totally unacceptable.This is not customer service, it is customer disservice.They receive a minus 5 stars.

We just started new service, and the containers arrived damaged, stinky, and filthy. I called customer service, who offered no solution other than to note our file. I realize garbage cans are meant to get dirty, but I shouldn't have to scrub them down just to have my hands not be greasy/visibly dirty just from lifting the lid. Hopefully the pick-up service is better.
