    "Never " wanted to obtain a job and worked for Advanced Auto Parts they wanted a translator, after I found out what I was going to work with (coustomer s) I know Spanish and English. No other languages. In life personal time and family time is private and reserved.

    They usually have what you need. Prices a tad high, but not terrible. Customer service is a little lacking until you get someone's attention.

    I’ve never been to a place with such friendly staff and ones that really care about their customers! To top it off, they always give additional lower prices on items just to show they want your business!!! I’m talking $15-$20 off they will give you extra on items, just to price match a competitor and make their items price that much cheaper!!!! Awesome place and will always do my business here!! Keep up the good work, team!

    I am in the middle of a cross country drive and had been having issues with overheating for hours. I finally found this Advanced location and was warmly greeted by the associate Shannon. He took the time to listen and offered me many possible solutions. After going through the options we decided on one and I proceeded to work. Shannon was ready to help with anything to make the job easier. Fantastic guy and I really appreciate his help. Solid 5 🌟

    We were buying a battery there so they'd install it. When I said that I needed it installed, the clerk ignored me. As he was ringing it up, he said I'd get $22 back when I turned in the old battery. I said again I wanted installation. He said, "I'm not doing that. It could take 30 minutes and I'm not standing in the cold for that long." Thankfully, O'Reilly Auto Parts was happy to do the TEN MINUTE job and take our money. Now we know just how much better O'Reilly is! Thanks Advance Auto!!
