Overcharged now clames I was drunk driving when it was a single car accident from roads being icy. No other vichels involved or alcohol. It was a personal tow no holds from officer. You guys claimed it to be and charged more because it was night. You guys are something else don't recommend. Anybody can look up my arrest and police record for a single car accident, maybe this guy's should of before making false claims.Service: Car towing

I've had 2 great experiences here. The first was a year or 2 ago when I had a flat tire on my way to work North of town on 14. I got the car into their shop and was treated well and taken care of quickly. The pricing was fair as well.Then today my toddler accidentally locked himself in his bedroom. We haven't lived there long and the previous owners had handles that locked with keys for some reason and hadn't left me all the keys. Of course his room was one that I did not have a key for. They were so nice and professional. He got there as quickly as he could and got my kids door open very quickly. Despite how flustered/worried I was he made me feel calm and better about the situation. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them.Service: Tires

The tech was quite prompt and a nice young man. However after 35 minutes he could not unlock my car. I unlocked my car using two shoe strings. He still charged me $100! I realize his time is valuable however I'm the one who unlocked my car not him, I think he could have given me a lot better price than $100. He didn't have adequate modern equipment and the metal rod he used to try to open my door repeatedly, scratch the paint off of the inside of my driver side door. If you have a newer car I would recommend not using this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I live 4 hours away from this town, and came up to visit my husband. Pulling into Marshalltown late last night both rear tires had an issue and I blew a brake line. I am due to leave tomorrow to head back home with needing to go to work Monday and could not find anyone in town to put tires on my truck. Even a big named company here locally refused unless I bought an entire set, which is not needed as I have a full set at home going on in a few days. Larry's got me completely taken care of, while also being extremely professional and that small town feel. Fantastic set of individuals here and outstanding customer service. If we ever need any services they offer again while in the area they will absolutely be my first call. They also had no issue taking care of my truck as some shops refuse due to its size. (1999 F350 on an 8 inch lift and 35's) Thank you again for getting my truck set back up for the drive home and ensuring it is safe, especially with my baby traveling with me.

Larry’s towing was very kind to our family after our daughter was in an accident. After we drove in from out of town on a Saturday night to collect our things from our car we found out it was locked safely away in their shop. They let us get our things out and made a special trip to allow us. Very friendly. Service: Car towing

Sorry for the mix up it was supposed to be 5 stars. Great service! To be honest I only put the one star rating before because I was upset about having my vehicle towed. I deeply apologize to Larry's for being so selfish because this business did not deserve to be put down for no reason. Please accept my apology.
