I’m new to Marshalltown and needed to get work done on my Chevy Malibu, so hey why not a Chevrolet Dealership, right? WRONG!After scheduling my appointment on Saturday for Monday at 1300, I get there to receive a very unwelcoming greeting. After that fun, I’m told it would be 2 hours for the service. So cool! I sit and wait…about a hour and a half in I ask for a ride home.This cool old guy drops me at home (the only good experience). I’m home for 15 mins and Logan the Service Manager calls and said “we don’t have the part”.Fun! Same guy picks me up, I paid for the diagnostic, schedule for Tuesday at 1100. No worries. Tuesday I sit there for almost four hours just to be told, they had the correct part and could’ve fixed it on Monday, they’ll need to do another diagnostic at another $140 at pop, on top of the $140 from Monday and the cost of the repairs $500.At this moment I’m thinking this bad business, so I point out how disappointed I’m with this experience and say “Logan meet me halfway on the diagnostic” and he fumbled thru reason why he couldn’t. Than had the nerve to say I can’t giving you the time you invested back!Now realized they had the part and could’ve fixed it on Monday!? Cool…let’s shut it down, get my car, and I’ll find another place. After missing two days of work, dropping $640 plus taxes, my car still isn’t fixed.DON’T GO HERE FOR SERVICE!

We came to Clemons today because my Enclave had the throttle body position sensor go out. I was going to buy the part myself and replace it, but when I spoke to the parts person Doug he suggested I speak with the service department to see if I could have them scan it to make sure I was purchasing the correct part. I spoke to Logan in the service department and after giving him my information he thought there might be a service bulletin out on the Enclave to repair/replace the part I was originally going to purchase for $400. Logan went above and beyond to get the vehicle worked on the same day due to us just driving through Marshaltown on vacation. Too bad the dealership was not closer to home because they would definitely get my service needs in the future.

Today I purchased a used Chrysler 300 S from Clemons, and WOW what a great experience! If you want someone who takes their time to show you every little detail and feature of a Car, Joshua Bloomquist is your guy! Thank You for a wonderful Experience!

My wife and I took our vehicle into the service dept for some issues with starting. What a great group of people. The staff was polite, professional and got our vehicle in the shop for repair in a timely manor. When the vehicle was ready to go Surprise, the bill was much less than we had anticipated. Great experience.

I’ve had spotty experiences with Clemons. The first several times were great. However, the last two times, communication has been poor with servicing my truck. Both times they put me in a pickle of not fixing it and not telling me until the end of the day. If you are in a hurry or NEED something done, I’d go somewhere else.

My wife and I came to Clemons Chevrolet looking for a vehicle and If it wasn't for Joshua Bloomquist we would of never found the perfect vehicle for us, If you want the best experience on buying your dream car, I highly recommend Joshua Bloomquist

I had been searching for a truck for a couple of weeks and I checked out all the dealers in a 50 mile radius and I was about fed up with all I was running into. Finally I had a salesperson take some time to help me out. He listened to what I told him and didn't try to persuade me into taking a different vehicle other than what I wanted. We spent about three days trying to make something happen but my lender was making it hard.. Nevertheless this salesperson remained extremely patient and then finally it all payed off, I found the right vehicle and finally drove off in it. Now I am giving this salesperson many thumbs up because had it not been for him then, I never would have bought my vehicle at Clemons. They offered me peanuts on my trade in and the sales manager, made it difficult to close thIs deal.This salesperson that I speak very highly of is one of a kind, his name is Brendon White so if you ever want a chevorlet be sure to ask for Brendan White at Clemons in Marshalltown. Had my car detailed yesterday and said it would take all day and I needed to drop it off in the morning. I was fine with that because I understand that it would take time to dry after a shampoo but when they never called me back I started to wonder. That being my only vehicle I was unable to go snywhere. They simply "forgot" to call me and had to wait 24 hrs to pick up my car. Unacceptable
