Absolutely excellent service. I needed my shop lights to work and needed a battery with inverter and battery charger for outdoor use. Carl not only found everything I need,but took the time to explain how everything works together and he also took the time to show me how to hook up everything I needed. Thank you so much for such an amazing service!!!! Will be back!

I wish I could give a zero. They lost my car battery when I left it for them to charge. They wouldn't give us the core charge. So we had to pay full price for a battery. I have shopped here for years but won't anymore.

Very upset and disappointed with this store, spent over $150 on a car battery yesterday, found out that the problem was the starter, not the battery, went back tonight to return it only to find out that it was company policy not to take returns, funny thing is the manager,Gary, who sold me the battery, never mentioned it was not refundable.The people were courteous and professional, too bad they lost a customer tonight, fortunately I've got 2 other auto parts stores close by to choose from

Great store..... just wish I wouldn't pull up and walk into cigarette smoke from the 2 ladies working there. They just stood there holding the front doors open while they smoked. Unprofessional.

I was unable to have a warranty honored for a battery I bought from Advance Auto Parts.I got a new starter battery for my Prius in early January. A few days later, that battery was dead. Road service gave me a jump start and said the battery had probably lost its charge sitting on the shelf, as it was many months old. The technician recommended that I drive for a while to charge the battery, and see if the charge held. The battery was OK for a few months. Then it died again. This time when I got a jump start I drove to Advance Auto. Their test said the battery was OK, so they could not replace it. A half hour earlier, the road service technician had gotten a test figure of 53, when it should have been 450, but the Advance Auto employee said they could not take a report from road service, they had to do their own test.This seems like a Catch 22. If I had had the car towed in with a dead starter battery, maybe I could have gotten a replacement. Because I had gotten a jump start, I was out of luck. My brother says that the person testing the battery at Advance Auto probably did not set the test to full-load spec standards, where the battery would likely have failed the test. I don’t know enough about battery tests to supervise the test.
