    All holidays have a make up day for collection. The schedule is available online and is also on voicemail prior to the holiday. The last increase was 6 years ago and is not 12%, it is less than 10%. Recycle has been a free service to FCD customers. If the holiday falls on a recycle day and being that we are a smaller company we previously did not have the resources to collect the recycle. The trash has always been collected. Currently we are now able to collect both trash and recycle on the same day therefore no missed recycle will occur due to holidays.

    Nothing special. One negative. If pickup falls on holiday, they don't reschedule before or after. Just simply skip the week. Recycling is on Wednesdays but didn't show up day before recent Thanksgiving. Then increased fee by almost 12% for next year. I may consider switching to Waste Management.

    We have had excellent service when we lived in The Preserve and again as we live in The Governors Club. Always on time, never leave trash after taking barrels, staff is always pleasant.

    Have been happy with the service for the last 7 or so years. Holidays are posted online with alternate pickup days for those affected. Would recommend to others.
