The absolute nicest people work at this location. They helped me find a steering wheel cover, and helped install it for me. All the while, cracking jokes and being as friendly as can be. Plus, I was able to drop off a couple UPS packages, because apparently this is a UPS Access Point, as well. It's a shame I just now discovered this place , 2 weeks before I'm moving away from the area.

Purchase brake pads at the N. Durham store. Found out they were the wrong ones while my car was being worked on in Moncure. Drove to the Pittsboro Autozone and met with Matthew M. Such a courteous and helpful person He immediately took care of the problem and got me on my way. I absolutely love encountering employers of businesses like him. An asset to the company. I ordered a part for my truck on a Saturday I think and the clerk told us it would be in Monday or Tuesday. Monday it wasn't in so Tuesday I came by that morning and it still wasn't in I came in after 12 and it still wasn't in they blamed the FedEx . I asked why they didn't just say it would be in some time that week. My truck was running badly and I guess the assistant manager came out and said don't spin out again I didn't the first time. Por service I'd never had any problem ordering parts before . It came in finely around 4 and it was the wrong part I'm not going back there any more. They need to hire rex back he knows what he is doing

I had an excellent experience here. I had a check engine light so I stopped to get it read. I mentioned that I was told my battery was bad when I had my oil changed. The young man who was helping me quickly said he could check it for me. It was still under warranty. 2 of the employees came and checked the battery it was bad and replaced it. I was so impressed how professional,courteous and quickly they did the job for me. I don’t live in the area my family live near Bynum and I live in Fayetteville so I drive past here weekly. This will be my go to store for all my auto needs. Good Customer Service works!

When I entered the store, this man in his 60's asked me how he could help me. I needed an alternator test. He noticed my battery terminals were loose so he added pieces of metals to fasten them. Excellent customer service. If Autozone has good business, I will not be surprised.
