After spending WAY too long dealing with the surly dispatcher for another towing company, we gave up and called Advanced Towing based on their great reviews.Brian picked up the phone and was extremely professional and cheerful. He was able to get to us right away since we were just a few blocks from him, and within 15 minutes our truck was loaded on his spotless tilt bed rig and we were on our way. Totally professional outfit and Brian was a real pleasure to deal with. It's easy to see why they have such great reviews. Next time, Advanced Towing will be our first call.Service: Car towing

During a massive snow storm in town, the guys at Adventure were extremely accommodating and patient while we figured out our situation at home trying to get out. They took about 10 of my calls which they always answered promptly, and were on standby with patience and willingness. It's great to talk to a person on the phone rather than a computer. Thank You.. Thank You.. These guys were PROFESSIONAL and unbelievably FLEXABLE with both their time, effort, and cost. Recently, I purchased a backhoe attachment from a California resident, but, living in Maryland kept me from being able to survey the shipping area, or being able to understand the 'hidden' variables by the shipper. NOTE: Advanced Towing was NOT the shipper, they were the Hero of this story.In short, although I specified to the shipper that they were responsible for loading/unloading an awkward 1300lb piece of equipment, they strung me along until the morning of the pickup, before telling me that I would bear the cost of a missed shipment by not having the ability to load. Don’t know who dropped that ball, but it wasn’t me.This prompted a last-minute attempt to get organizations like Advanced Towing to meet the schedule and bale me out - and THAT THEY DID. Oh, did I mention that the shipper also misrepresented the type of shipping vehicle (eg. a dually truck with a goose-neck step trailer), and instead brought a full size tractor trailer. The problem was the room to egress the property, load, and leave - the shipper was SPECIFICALLY told that a tractor trailer would not work.As such, Advanced Towing accommodated an inflexible shippers schedule, took both a truck and a fork lift as options for loading, and ultimately had to forklift the load nearly a half mile to the shippers semi, due to the shipper not being able to get to the loading area with their truck. Oh, and Advanced had to make this run twice.If I lived in California, and could have been on site, I would have fired everyone except Advanced Towing. At their hourly rate of $150-200, I cringed and waited for Advanced to tell me that our original estimate of $250-300 was now inflated to 3x that amount including: time to/from the site, waiting time, time to shuttle the equipment, etc. AFTER ALL THAT, including their inconvenience, they charged me just $375. Had a tricky situation and needed to tow a classic fiberglass kit car on 4 flats. Morgan did amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe, and handled with detail and care. Amazing customer service and unlike most tow dudes I have met, was very polite, seemed to care and communicated clearly through the whole process, even though it was a very tricky tow! Brian had to come tow our car to the nearest service center while visiting family in northern California on Christmas Day! He was helpful and professional. He was very apologetic and sorry that this was happening to us on Christmas, especially being so far from home. Not to mention it was raining pretty good and after we filled out the paperwork, he said we could go inside out of the rain and he will take care of the rest. I highly recommend this company and especially Brian. Thank you very much for helping us feel comfortable with give you the car and key to take to the service center.
