Not a problem, until the DMV sent us paperwork on the car that was totaled a year ago. I called to ask if they would talk to me if I drove up to Grass Valley from Yuba City, and he said yes. When I got there, the worker immediately flipped the sign over to "close". I called the office and he told me they closed at 4:30 even though their website says 5... when I called it was 3:45. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable towing company, as they should keep records of cars they tow.Service: Car towing

The driver Kirk drove all the way from Grass Valley to Applegate to tow my vehicle from the side of the freeway. He was most concerned with my and my girlfriends safety so he had us head home before he started working. He was very fast getting the car towed to my house and placed the car perfectly in between 2 other vehicles which was not an easy maneuver but he made it look easy. He even asked if I wanted him to hookup the battery so we could find out if that was the issue which I declined only because I felt he had already done so much in such an excellent fashion. He couldn't have been more courteous and professional I cant say enough good things about Kirk and his employer.Service: Car towing

Huge shout-out to Kirk! I missed my first appointment to have my car towed from my house. He came back a few hours later and didn't hold it against me for making him wait the 1st time. He was very friendly and nice! Then he got my car to start, which I hadn't been able to for like 2 weeks! Then he and I had a misunderstanding, where he started to load my car to tow, after I had said that I no longer wanted it towed, since he got it to start. I apologized and we had a good laugh and he took it off the truck, with a smile. Not once did he seem annoyed, which to be honest, I would've have been annoyed if I were him lol I truly appreciate his attitude and help, after not even needing the service after all that! We were traveling home to Idaho had a slide off and AAA could get a tow up to us and I called Kent he dispatched the tow truck to get us ..it was right in time. Then once our vehicle was in his shop they started on it as soon as it was taken off the truck... Great service and great people! Definitely 5 stars from us.
